Good customer service

When I first walked into the clinic I felt I was at home , very calm and welcoming. The receptionist are awesome and explain everything in detail , my procedure was a root canal done by Dr Dhar and he explained everything well, made be feel comfortable , overall my personal experience with this clinic was AWESOME. ..I have a few more stuff to get done and I'm looking far ward to it.

I had a good experience overall. The staff was pleasant, the office was extremely clean the bathroom was very clean and Paula the hygienist took her time and explained eveything. The only thing was ny wait time was a little too long.

S- had a good appointment. My experience the day before I believe merits review. Sa- was seen on time but I was not and my appointment was bumped. Other patients that arrived late bumped my me from my time and I ended up coming home after 4 20 pm despite the fact that she arrived at 1:40 pm and she was only scheduled for a cleaning.

Really appreciate your seeing me at the scheduled time. Last two times only a couple minutes from sign in to being in the chair. Thanks
