I have been in pain for years and no amount of massage, exercising, physical therapy or chiropractic medicine helped to remedy it. Great Chiro care. Take constructive suggestions? The visit can be improved with less chat from chiro while the practitioner is working on me (please don't ask questions that take me into my thinking brain and out of my sensory awareness) and with less human chit chat in the clinic - noisey.

Very thorough and helpful care that in many ways goes beyond what is offered by other chiropractors I have seen. I also appreciate that Included is advice on how to use my body in ways that help the adjustments to hold.

Dr. Ruch is why I’m still walking! 4 years ago I thought my next step was a wheelchair. I had a full right leg brace and used a cane or mobility poles and could barely function. Within 8 months, I was able to go on a 70th birthday trip to Victoria and Vancouver, B. C. And Seattle,WA requiring 5 or more miles each day! I was SOOOOOOO exited! Since then I’ve had a few more MS episodes so I can’t walk like that any more, but Dr Ruch and his associate Dr Samantha Ma and his massage therapists staff members keep me (mostly) pain free. I’m able to do what I need to; I swim a mile or so every day and I’m not in pain. Without Dr Ruch, I wouldn’t have had the trip of my life with my children and grandchildren....I can’t praise him highly enough.

I’ve seen Dr Ruch as well as Dr Ma and had bodywork done by Mike. Everyone here is kind and supremely skilled. I have a neuromuscular disorder which caused atrophy and arthritis in my right leg, and consequently broke my ankle/tibia/fibula in a bike accident. After having two reconstructive ankle surgeries which have left me with stiffness, misalignment, and 24 screws in my leg, I felt I had no options besides endless surgeries. Dr Ruch is a great listener, cares about the wellbeing of his clients, and gives honest feedback. He explained everything he did for me, and gave me gentle adjustments that worked for my unique skeleton and history. I’m so grateful for the care and education I receive from Dr Ruch and his team each visit.
