Both the front and back office were knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. They knew what to do & did it well. Dr. Medina is the best. His education is excellent and it shows. He is friendly answers questions in a succinct yet thorough way.

I had a good experience overall. I had a procedure done when I first was called, but I do not know what it was for. I would have like more explanation of what procedures were done and the purpose behind them. It seems like there are so many patients going through that there is not much time left for explanations.

I thought everyone was pleasant and professional. The initial wait was reasonable; in fact, I was called even before I'd finished the "1st - visit" paperwork. Good job, all! Very nice facilities, too.

This was much improved from previous visit where I have sat long time N the waiting room.I feel I should B able 2 get N & out within an hour. I still feel like the office doesn't feel the patient's time is as valuable as the Dr's time. He's a good Dr so the patients would continue 2 come 2 him. The staff is also improved, gone R the girls with attitudes. Keep on getting better, please & I'm going 2 want 2 come & get my eyes checked, not have 2 come 2 the office.

Even though I had to wait until 10 minutes after my appointment time, I saw Dr Rauchman quickly. Last time, I waited 1/2 hour before I was taken to an exam room and then I waited almost an hour for the Doctor. It was much better this time.
