I was amazed by how fast my appointment could be made. Kim went out of her way to help me to get this all set. Dr. Duncan and his assistant were very friendly and very professional (no talk over my head about their daily life etc). Thanks for the courtesy call afterwards, sorry I missed it.

NE was able to see me quickly as was needed. Dr Slavins was professional, personable and administered very smooth shots. Unfortunate to have had so many X-rays on one tooth from assistant, as I just left my dentist and had same thing happen there as well. Probably just a difficult placement.

The entire experience was much better than I ever expected. I never felt pain; the doctor listened to me and did not administer too much novocaine; the assistant was very efficient and good company. Everyone that I encountered in the office was very friendly and efficient. That evening I had very little pain (did take an Advil earlier); the following day I had no pain - a little tenderness in the gum and I could tell the tooth had been worked on. Very satisfied with the treatment I was given.

This was my 2nd trip to Northside Endodontics, a root canal both times. Each time I was treated by friendly, courteous and very professional staff. On my most recent visit my tooth presented Dr Duncan and his staff with some very difficult challenges, taking much longer than expected. During the entire procedure I was kept comfortable and informed about what was happening. The procedure was successfully completed and, I'm happy to say, my pain level during and after the procedure was minimal.

Good experience for 1st time root canal. A little of the bleach solution made it into my mouth although not too bad. Really wish there was a way to do a good mouth rinse. How about putting some paper cups in the RR and letting the patient use that?

The doctor and the nurse were really patience with me taking to account my circumstances being 26 weeks pregnant with twins and having a bad congestion this would be much more worse experience, but they were very nice snd understood my condition and made their best to make me feel comfortable.
