Visit was great. The one discrepancy was the addition of a panoramic X-ray without notifying me of the extra cost. I would have preferred notification to prepare financially.

We wish to thank you for your suggested treatment plan, but as we told Kathy, Dr Diaz could not recommend the mini implant and his recommendation for two implants were just too much money for us. Since the loose tooth fell out I have decided to wait to see how my partial holds up, so far I feel good and will contact you after the holidays if I should need to. Dr. Martinez is a wonderful doctor who clearly explains what he is doing to your teeth and why. He is very patient and caring. The only thing that could improve is the organization of office staff will appointments/contact information. They have repeatedly got these confused over the last couple of years for my family.
