I recently needed a fractured tooth taken cared of and Dr. Lum and his staff were thankfully there to help me get it taken cared of, and as always they made me feel safe and well cared for. At this very challenging and scary time in our world Dr. Lum and his staff are doing an amazing job of being on the front lines and taking care of us. Dr lum was excellent but his assistant may have been a new employee so she slowed down the procedure.

Taken in a timely manner. Dental Hygienist remembered my visit from 6 mo., ago. Carried on conversation as though she knew me personally, very comfortable and gave good pointers for the Oral Machine attachments and why. She didn't assume that I knew it. Front desk flow is very efficient. Doctor very courteous and fun to talk to.

I appreciate the immediate attention I recieved from your office as I am only visiting Hawaii and will be leaving soon. Dr. Lum is quick and efficient. I have a great confidence in his skills.

Painless dentist! Great service & excellent work. Had a root canal done for the first time. Took a dose of Advil then nothing after that. I was surprised how painless it was.

I’ve had bad experience with dentists being rough, but Dr was gentle and always asked, if I was ok and I like that they check on you, because sometimes you’re not ok.

I was surprised that Chicky had left. The new hygienist was alright...just a little rough. When she was cleaning my teeth a drill type tool came off and I told her right away that something hurt. Anyway, when I got home my tongue and the back of my mouth hurt. It’s alright now. My experience at Oahu Dental Care always good. Hope this was just a one time thing.

Yes, I had a 8:00 a.m., Monday, appointment on August 19, the service was friendly, efficient, professional, and a very informative experience. The dental hygienist further explained the importance of brushing, how and why. At my age I should know better. 😄 But it was very refreshing to hear the do's and don'ts. Great job to your hygienist. She also explained the brushing machine and excited to try it soon. Hope to get a better report on the next cleaning. Thank you very much Stella Akamine

I have had my teeth cleaned by many people but the best person who does this is Chicky. She is very thorough cleaning between all the teeth and gum. Chicky puts a lot of effort to make sure you get an A+ cleaning. There is no one that comes close to her skills and the energy she puts in her profession. If you have been serviced by her, you know what I mean and if you did not, try her and you will be very happy you did. Chicky also suggest ways to keep you teeth clean if needed

Very friendly staff from reception desk to the exam room. The young Dr. Lum is very meticulous and conscientious in getting the dental work done well.

The appointment was timely. Most of the experience was professional although the person working on me did not introduce herself and I have never seen her before. I thought that was kind of rude.

I just love seeing the ole timers like Cheekie and other girls. And that you incorporated technology to your processes, ie texting confirmations. The team also grew a lot but I still like it that Dr LUm is still a steady and familiar face in the office. He is why I stay there. He fixes all my minute issues, and is patient with me/us. The staff is friendly. The dentist is kind. I wish though that they explained things like what they are going to do and what the patient should do after the procedure. They should make sure that the patient knows what’s going on and how to take care of themselves after the treatment. They shouldn’t assume that the patient knows and has the where with all to ask questions because there are people who don’t know what to do or what to ask. Mahalo!🙏

I had a positive experienced with everyone in Oahu Dental Clinic. Everyone is kind and efficient. I will definitely share my positive dental experience to everyone I know.

Communication w/hygienist was great. Stated that numbing of the gums with a shot not necessary and that the gel anesthetic will suffice. Great work on the deep cleaning and no problems.

Tooth whitening gave me blood on the gum line where the substance used dis iLife’s the gum. 2x and two x blood the next day. Makes me not want to do it again Really appreciated DrLum’s explanation of what happens as the teeth age. Don’t want to do invisiline. I’m not very dedicated to routine. Last tooth with a cap still bothersome daily sometimes not being able to remove the food easily with floss or a pick I would call this a best visit All were attentive and good with their service Bravo!

Dr & Assistant tried very hard to get me completed within estimated time given. Very careful to be gentle during procedure.
