Dr. Olson had to work very hard and try several things to get my crown to fit my implant.

The visit was longer than prescribed, and involved a broken first crown. Communication was good, just a frustrating amount of time.

I was very satisfied with my teeth cleaning and having my X-rays taken. I was not happy that Dr. Olson was not there to examine my teeth. I had not been told ahead of time that he wouldn’t be there. In the future, I would like to be notified ahead of time if Dr. Olson won’t be there for the exam. I would reschedule the exam for a time when he would be there.

I had a small procedure done. When I asked about the cost, I had to wsit almost 25 minutes to get an answer. Maybe I was told the out of pocket cost 6 months ago but I needed to know that info again. I don’t understand why this information isn’t at hand when you arrive if you still have the same dental insurance. The info is available when you checkout and have to pay??? I did not appreciate having to wait 25 minutes extra.

Good experience. One thing I missed from past dental experiences is throw away tinted glasses. It is not pleasant to stare at fluorescent lights on the ceiling.

I have DENTAL phobia and wait too long to go in when I have a problem. I was in pain and Googled DENTISTS in Burnsville and OAKRIDGE DENTAL popped up. After reading reviews I decided to call their office. I spoke with Lynn the receptionist. She was very helpful with my insurance questions and was able to get me in the same day for an appointment. The dental assistant was very good at putting me at ease immediately. DR. Jeffrey Olson is a state-of-the-art DENTIST! He really knows his craft! This Dental office is amazing! I highly recommend it to anyone who does not like the dentist! So thankful I found a new Dental Home❤

You greeted me and got me into the hygienist quickly. She was gentle, thorough and did a great job cleaning my teeth. She pointed out an area I need to tend to more carefully. The doctor came in and gave me an exam. Everyone was pleasant and friendly.
