The only thing that upset me was the follow up to confirm appointment. They had time mixed up. My appointment was at 10:30 am. They said it was 11am. I asked them to recheck and they replied it was a technical question! Wow!!!

We were told to go to the walnut location because they have a bigger selection of kid glasses. My son is 3 and this is our first experience with glasses. We went to the walnut location and the lady at the desk (Taylor I believe) wasn’t very helpful and was kind of rude. She ended up calling someone and they then told us to go to eye mart. I didn’t even look at the selection you had because I felt like she didn’t want us there.

Just felt rushed when assistant was getting my pressure. She was professional, but it felt hurried so I had a hard time relaxing and therefore keeping my eyes open for her to get the pressure. Had no problem with Dr Aljajeh taking my eye pressures. His calmness made me feel calm.

Had my appointment the day after a holiday. They were closed the holiday so they were busy. There was only one eye doctor. I was in and out in fifty five minutes. I was really surprised. Workers are always really nice and friendly. Thank you Ohio valley eye institute.

My visit was a good experience but I didn't feel the actual vision exam was accurate. It was not as detailed as I have experienced in the past from other providers.

The people who were assisting me to prepare for my surgery were very helpful and professional. I have had one eye done and will have my other eye done this week. My vision is very clear in my first eye and can't wait for my other eye to be the same.

The lady who did the exam was so professional and sociable. What could be improved is the waiting time. I spent about 25mins sitting alone in a room waiting for the eye doctor. Also, when I came in, I didn’t know the waiting room was in the other side. I sat at the main entrance, many staff came there and didn’t ask who I was until my curiosity brought me to the other side where I saw the desk.

The eye exam was very thorough and the person who helped me with the frames was very helpful.

Personality and professionalism is what Dr. Malitz and his staff are known for. I would never go anywhere else for eye care in our area. He is the best, I just had cataracts removed , our son had lasik surgery and our daughter no longer needs glasses because of Dr. Malitz surgery 10 years ago. We all are very pleased with him. He is wonderful.

The doctor and his staff are top professionals at what they do. I was gotten in on an emergency basis and the procedure the doctor did was done perfect. In both times I came in though the wait time was over two hours. It wasn’t just me but there were a lot of complaints in the waiting room with the people who had been there a long time too. It’s harder for older people to sit for long periods of time and in your chairs in the secondary waiting room were very uncomfortable. It was a good experience though and the doctor was compassionate to my pain and needs.

The staff and doctors are patient, informative and helpful. They do their best to put the patient at ease. I have only have positive experiences during my visits there.

Waited much longer than usual for appointment. Almost 2 hours. Other than that I was satisfied. I do appreciate being asked if I wanted a glasses eye exam for $40 cost to me instead if Just doing it and charging me $40. Social security is my main Income and I cannot afford $40 for glasses I don't wear

My experience with Ohio Valley Eye Institue was amazing. I had lens replacement in both eyes. One was done a couple months ago and one was done 6 days ago. The difference it has made in my sight is nothing short of a miracle !! The personnel at both the downtown location and the surgery center are absolutely wonderful. Your entrance is to dark. With the slippery uneven stones and coming in from outside I find it dangerous.
