All of the nurses and the PA were very friendly, and didn't seemed rush to get the patient in and out, but instead their focus was to provide care. Dr. Porter was very nice, approachable, and also was very giving of his time to answer any questions. I will gladly recommend them to anyone after just one visit.

Appreciate the call and considerate feedback about my pain. Dr. Porter could not have been nicer since we just had a death in the family due to cancer. We did set up an appointment in a month which will help.

Due to coronavirus I had my appointment via telephone. I had a meaningful conversation with Dr Porter. We discussed my latest MRI and possible solutions of my chronic pain. We made an appointment for a steroid shot in a month and Dr Porter suggested a new drug which might help. He promptly called in the prescription to my pharmacy. I'm very satisfied with the care I'm receiving.

I fractured my back on Christmas day of 2018 and again on March 10 of 2019. I was referred to Dr Wright in the Er. He fixed those fractures with kryoplastie. I am still having problems in the low part of my back. He suggested I try the HF-10 back stimulator. I did the trial and I feel it will help me. Now I am waiting for it to be put in my back. I think Dr Wright has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent staff and the physicians are very knowledgeable. I've used them multiple times over the years, and have never had a negative experience.

Everyone there has been great to deal with but this last round of shots have not provided the relief that I have experienced before. This is not something that I feel that Dr. Porter was at fault for.

My appointment was on time and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Everyone was very nice making it pleasant. Most Doctor appointments have you waiting for up to an hour before you get to see the doctor. With my back hurting all of the time I can’t sit very long before my pain levels go way up.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The doctor was also friendly and very competent. The procedure was 100% effective.

Short visit with Dr Woolard, who ordered MRI. I felt he was genuinely concerned about the pain I was experiencing.

I’m worried about the number of people that are in your waiting room waiting for treatment. Are you giving out masks and/or gloves in the waiting room? Trying not to be paranoid about this Corona outbreak!😷

You guys were really nice and courteous but the medication prescribed to me made me nauseous, itchy and feeling loúsy. After 3 days of taking it I finally had enough of the itching and stopped taking it and discarded it . I had this problem before when my Ortho Dr. prescribed it and my records should read I'm allergic to it, otherwise I liked the professionalism by the staff and the doctor. I just wish Dr. Porter would have told me that's what he was prescribing me ahead of time and I could have let him know the reactions it causes me

Was glad my back stimulator got adjusted. And, put back on 3 pain meds per day. The adjustments have helped me tremdously, so far

After two tries the Doctor was able to find the source of my hip pain. It has not returned. He also gave me referral to another facility for physical therapy. I am pleased with the outcome. I would have given 5 stars but the wait for treatments was long - over an hour for the last one. Maybe I shouldn’t complain since it was successful.

I came in with my back hurting, 3 or 4 visits I left my back not hurting. Dr Wright knows what he doing, see maybe he can help you.

I am walking better, there is less or no pain most of the time. I am able to do more and I may of over did it.

My overall experience was excellent. The medical staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped ease my anxiety of my first experience with an injection. Dr. Justin Porter further eased my mind with how the injection procedure was done and what he was doing during the procedure. The reception staff were helpful in trying to fill out your check in form. The demographics breakdown section questions were confusing. My Scots-Irish heritage wasn’t one of the options. As I was a referral from the VA and their contractor, I wasn’t able to provide the name of my primary care physician. The check in process was only small thing and I will highly recommend the clinic. Thank you and how can I receive a copy of what my procedure and physician notes.

Thanks to Dr Porter and his entire staff for taking the time to help me with the severe pain I was having from a fracture in my back. I was expecting to have to come back to the office to get some relief but instead I received expert and carding treatment and got the first restful nights sleep in almost 8 months. I’ve been doing this backpay for 30 years and it’s virtually gone. Most thanks to Dr.

I’ve been coming to the pain management office on Portland for many years now. The staff there has always been very pleasant and helpful. The doctors I’ve had both past and o point present are great. My back pain got so bad I was about to have major surgery including a cage and fusing of several disc. Two years ago Dr. Wright installed the Nevro HF 10 stimulator. It has worked so well that yesterday was a simple two year follow up. I think my progress has surprised both Dr. Wright and the reps for Nevro. I may be the exception to the rule but I sing the pain managements praise to everyone I know that has any type of nerve pain.

My procedure was painful for me but, Dr. Wright was gentle,fast and, caring. The staff was very friendly and, the premises was very clean always a plus in me book. The Doctors are very knowledgeable in newest drug free options for you.

Dr Porter is a wonderful doctor . I felt so much relief after the injections in my back . I would highly recommend this place .

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor were great. Since this was my first time with the epidural, other than childbirth, I must say that any pain was very minuscule. After the epidural, I felt that I was having an out of body experience. I could feel it travel through my body. I experienced a mild headache and a bit of anxiety. But the headache went away until I went to bed. I had to be sure my head was above my body or I would feel the headache again. I am now feeling less pain in my leg with less tingling. I do recognize that I will have to work on my leg strength after sitting for a month due to pain. My leg is not as strong as it was prior to the pinched nerve. I am anxious to check tomorrow to see if there is anymore progress. Thank you for your interest.

The transition from Texas to Oklahoma with medical care has been one of my biggest challenges. From the staff to the doctors care for my health plan was awesome. Pain Management with proper care to health and well being. I found this with Dr Wright and his staff.

I think Dr. Woolard is one of the physicians when it comes to knowledge and bedside manners. He explains everything in detail to where you can actually understand what he's talking about. The only problem I had was with the receptionist. She was not friendly and a poor representation of the group.

I was very surprised at how friendly and kind everyone was especially Dr. Porter. I felt like everyone was concerned for me and was aware of my pain and wanted me to get relief.

The office manager is exceptional, Dr. Porter's nurse was as well. I appreciate the friendliness of a busy staff, and it’s apparent that the doctors take care of them. The wait time is not ideal, but was expected. My problem is when I followed up with a call to the office and was only able to speak to a medical assistant with my concerns/ questions of the previous treatment. She was knowledgeable and pulled my chart to explain what procedure I had (which I knew), but she was harsh and rushed. I was not able to leave a message with the nurse. I was told if I didn’t want to wait until my next appointment (3 weeks out) to call my referring doctor to look elsewhere for treatment. For a busy working mother, I am no stranger to long hours and time restrictions, however, as a paying patient I believe it is the duty of the office to help provide the most information to their patients without making it seem like a pain in the back.

Doctor and staff was very polite, respectful, and helpful. I felt very comfortable. They talked to me about what they think my condition is and gave me options. I would recommend to friends and family.

I’ve been coming there since April, 2005 and the shots do help, but this last one is the most painful one I’ve had. Dr. Porter didn’t allow the deadening shot to take effect before continuing. That’s just my opinion.

I arrived for a 2:00 appointment and left after 4:00 for a 15 minute procedure and several briefings. Their seemed to be a lot of waiting time. The doctor preformed the procedure flawlessly and professionally while also ensuring future followups to prevent further problems.

The wait time in the middle of the morning is ridiculous. Add that to the fact that my original appointment was cancelled by office, reschedule, and not see the the covering doctor (my actual doctor was sick) an hour after did not thrill me.

Doing well so far. Have only had to take one pain pill since the injection.

I really like how well this office work flow is once you get back into the room. However, they don't run on time & the office staff REALLY needs to turn down their voices when they talk. The walls are paper thin

Dr Wright and his staff are very friendly and cognizant of why you are there; you're hurting. I've had deteriorating lumbar and neck issues for about 15 years. Dr Wright has worked very well with and for me to establish a pain management plan which has occasionally called for surgery. OPM is connected to the best, my opinion, neurosurgeons in OKC. OPM can usually get you in within days and not weeks. I've stayed with them for about 10 years. Highly recommend.

MRIs done at Ocom are totally different readings than one done by Dr. Robert Rader on July 19, 2018 at same exact location. Don't even show sacroplasties done in sacrum. Also don't know if Dr Wright got copy of cat scan done by Dr. Bankhead on 7/27/2018 which shows 5.5 long catheter laying on spinal canal at L5 and S1. I was nervous because my Dr had moved, and I was scheduled to see another Dr. I can't say enough about how at ease Dr. Wright made me feel and how he just seemed to totally understand where my pain was coming from. We decided to do an injection while I was there, and even though I was nervous, he was patient with me. I've had two previous injection procedures, this made the third. Dr Wright was the first doctor I have seen for chronic pain that actually listened to me and is going to treat me like a person and not a number! He is coming up with a plan to help me!

We were seen in a timely manner, were treated for our ailments, and we had an uneventful drive home. What more could we ask!!

I have chronic pain. The government needs to raise the minimum dose on pain medication so I can lead a half way normal life. I have migraines 3 to 4 times a week. I think my Dr. should try harder to help reduce them. I have been with Dr. Nelson 10 years he is a very smart man.

My visit was very positive. After the epidural it took five days before I got any relief. Dr. Woolard and all the staff were friendly and professional. I have recommended OPM to a friend. My pain level went from 10 to 2 by the sixth day. Today is the seventh day and I haven't taken any ibuprofen yet. Prior to that I wore a tens unit 24/7 and took 800 mg. Ibuprofen 3times a day. I was surprised that the epidural was as painless as it was.

I’m very blessed to have been referred to Dr. Porter. His a caring Doctor, he introduce himself and shakes your hand....right away you know that he cares about his patients. He discuss you situation and what he can do to help to ease the pain what is causing problem. There’s eye contact, when he speaks to his patients. Friendly and cares about what steps to take to help his patient. After the procedure he checks to see how you are doing. As well as the nurses. The nurses and Dr. Porter they are in control about what they do...in their field of work. You hardly see and office staff be so professional in the field they work. They are are all in harmony and they are excellent.

It is yet to be seen what you have done, my experience with dr porter was so poor. He led me to believe he would have a different treatment so I wouldn’t have to take gabaoentin every day and all he has done is prescribd another pill. Also he sent me to a chiropractor who only does acupuncture in the morning when I told him I have to go when I get off work at 3:15. One of the managers is trying to find somewhere I can to get this done after 3:15. My experience with dr porter has been nothing but disappointing and heartbreaking. ( nit that you really care)

The staff & doctor were terrific. I did have an incident that might need to be conveyed, 5 minutes after leaving the office(while driving) I felt a large amount of wetness down my lower back & butt. Nothing was mentioned to this, so I assumed it was normal.

Dr Porter is excellent, as well as his staff, friendly and helpful from the check in to check out. But schedule to many appointments on Thursdays. But wait time is to long on Thursdays arrived at 9 for 9:10 appt. Left at 11:30, I've been a patient since 2014 for different problems and usually wait times are not as long as thursdays, but I wouldnt go any where else.dr porter sits down and listens to u and discuss treatment and any concerns u have. Wouldnt go anywhere else!

My consultation went well with Dr Wright. He was straight to the point and was quick to share his thoughts after reviewing my previous record there and requested a MRI which your office was helpful in scheduling one the next morning. FINDING A SOLUTION TO YOUR PAIN PROBLEMS...

Always friendly, “wanting to get me relief”, never a long wait once doctor has a direction. Very unusual to wait long before seeing doctor but it does happen.......

The staff and doctors at Oklahoma Pain Management are great. They really do care for their patients and do everything they can to help. In particular Dr Porter is one of the best doctors I've seen to date. He takes his time to listen and really wants to help. His knowledge and experience really do show. If a procedure doesn't immediately fix the problem, he doesn't give up on you and just send you to another Doctor. I highly recommend Oklahoma Pain Management to anyone still struggling to find a solution with their specific condition.

As always Dr. Garrett willing to listen and efficient with the injection. The only issue I experienced was a much longer than normal wait time. I heard that one of your doctors has moved out of town so maybe it was a result of trying to help his patients. But really the waiting room was packed & it seems that so many patients should not be scheduled in the same day. I know these things can happen & I don't get too upset. This is the first time I've experienced this kind of wait time. I just hope it doesn't become a regular thing.

I had an awesome experience with such a professional and upbeat medical staff! This was my initial visit and hoping the results will be good. Also, thank you to Dr. G. Wright for treating my husband for shingles on an unscheduled visit while I was there. He is already having much pain relief. It's rare to find such a caring doctor these days. Thanks for all you do!

Personnel were good and procedure went well; however, there are some areas that I found frustrating: 1) the iPad check-in application could be greatly improved. It was dated 2017, was not as user friendly as it could have been, drop down selection list was limited and one could not add to or override the selection list. Also, the application took me to the logout screen twice before the software application forms were completed. The check-in application needs a lot of work or completely redone. The glass windows through which one must address the check-in personnel is not conducive to communicating with those personnel. The attendant is off-center from the glass, the vertical opening is too small and restrictive, so it is difficult to hear what the personnel are asking or directing the patient to do. Waiting room, though the office are very busy, is really crowded and at times noisy which makes it even more difficult to communicate with the Pain Management personnel.

I have a lot of confidence in Dr Porter.

I saw Dr. Porter for the second time. He is a great doctor with a great bed-side manner & shows a lot of interest in his patients. I couldn’t be more pleased. Also, there was an Africa - American lady that was great with patients & had a way of making you feel welcome. She had a great personality.

My wife and I were not greeted very well by the front desk person. In our other medical and dental office we are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Later as my wife was waiting for me that same person was eating popcorn. The nurse was most friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Wright has a great personality and was encouraging for treatment. I appreciate so much the teamwork of the staff before my injection. I was the final (28th) patient of the morning. I was scheduled for 10:45 and was taken back at 12:20. I don’t mind waiting and the staff kept me informed. Every person I came in contact with was friendly, had a sense of humor, and had great medical skills. This was a stressful morning for them but they never showed it. Good job everyone!

I've been in pain for many years. The only option in the past has been opiods, if a dosage wasn't working, the solution was increase the dosage. Dr. Wright was able to offer a few a minor procedures completed in clinic. I was nervous and a bit apprehensive. I decided I would give it a try. That was the best decision! It worked miracles in my life. I was able to walk, and complete tasks that were not an option prior to the procedure. Thank you for your dedication to find alternative ways to eliviate pain.

Needless to say I have had too many unpleasant medical experiences and am now very hesitant with new caregivers I.e. doctors, nurses, techs, etc etc. Thank you all for your patience and putting me at ease and not giving me ANOTHER unpleasant experience. Although that shot was ‘painful”after that polyp excision I had without anesthesia, I might have yelled at you but definitely not upset with you. Fear of the unknown is the greatest fear I now have. It's was good

Shot gave relief in the right hip.

The procedure went well and was very effective. I was very disappointed that after I told Dr. Wright that I did not want any more steroid injections because of the very dramatic increase in my blood glucose levels afterward, i again received a full dose of the steroids as a part of the ablation process. So that evening and the two days after my blood glucose was in the high 400’s and I felt terrible. I’m still dealing with high blood glucose now four days later. I’m very happy with the ablation. It is working great. I just wish that the steroids would have been avoided like I asked.

Dr. Justin Porter and all the employees from the receptionist to the nurses and technicians are wonderfully gracious, well-trained, efficient, and responsive in their care and attention to a patient's situation and needs. I am going to,and will, continue to recommend them to friends and family alike.

Everyone I encountered the day of the procedure was very nice. I called the office and left a voicemail on 5/14. My referring physician prescribed me tramadol and gabbepentin, neither provided relief. The nurse at my doctor's office said that the Pain Management doctor would be able to prescribe me something else. I'm still waiting to hear back from Dr. Porter's office.
