Y’all did a great job at making me feel comfortable and less nervous before surgery and were flexible when I had to reschedule as well as figure out some insurance issues

This was my first time meeting Dr. Vincent Montgomery. He is very kind and very informative and taught me a lot of interesting things about the jaw. He answered all my questions pre-OP and post-OP. The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about you before and after your surgery. They texted to remind me of my appointments and called after my surgery to make sure I was doing everything correctly and what I should start doing next. The front desk is very informative as well and were also able to answer all of my questions. My family has gone there for years and will continue going. Thank you OMA! You do amazing work!

Dr. Saumur and his nurse Ashley were both amazing with my 7 year old when he had some extra teeth removed. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable as well as putting my son at ease by talking to him as well as us about the procedure.

Just took really great care of Noah. Brooke was fantastic, very patient with a very nervous young man. She made him as comfortable as I think any 13 year old could be in that situation. Dr. Montgomery was also terrific, talked Noah through the situation and kept him at ease under a stressful situation for almost anyone.

Dr. Saumur and staff took excellent care of my son when he had his wisdom teeth removed. They really could not have made anything about the experience better. My son was not looking forward to the procedure, but thanks to Dr. Saumur, things went perfectly, from beginning to end, including post care, showing my son he had had unnecessary dread. Dr. Saumur and staff are professional yet caring and comforting. We would definitely trust them again!

I really think it’s your staff that is top notch! Everyone knows their job and they do it very well, but with excellent bedside manner. That’s a hard combination to find! They are so sweet and remember you from one visit to the next. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Can’t say enough good about my experience. The entire staff, beginning with the office receptionists, the dental technicians (I hope that’s what their correct title is) and the Doctor were all very attentive and professional. My every whim was taken care of, all questions were answered fully in terms that even I could understand, and they made what I perceived to be a rather significant procedure go very smoothly . Dr Saumur even called me personally to check on my recovery progress. I don’t wish wisdom tooth extraction on anyone but, if anyone needs that or any other oral surgery procedure, I wholeheartedly recommend these folks to anyone. In fact, I already have. Dr. Montgomery and the OMA staff in the Norman office were all very courteous and made me feel welcome and were very efficient in getting me prepared for the Dr to check my problem and give me a solution. On each of my visits i have been comfortable and progress is being made on my problem. The staff in the front office, the worker in the accounting, the clinic staff and Dr. Montgomery have all treated me with respect and worked diligently to take care of my problem.

I received exceptionally good care by the Caregivers at OMA. My experience began with the friendly and efficient scheduling of my consult and continued through the personal phone call I received from Dr. Saumur who was making sure everything was okay later in the day (Friday) after surgery. On Monday, Ashley called to check on me which further confirmed that I had been in excellent hands from this team of professionals. The outcome of my surgery was a complete success. The office environment effervesces with care and friendliness. Every person anticipates your needs and concerns and offers whatever is necessary to make you comfortable. When I went back for surgery, Ashley immediately offered me a blanket in case I got cold and then we had a delightful visit as she eased me into what, for some, is a highly anxious time. If your dental or medical provider doesn’t refer you to OMA for your care, request that they do so. You will be, as I was, thankful.

My husband and I was very pleased with care I received, the receptionist was polite helpful and knowledgeable about my procedure. My nurse did an excellent job starting my IV and Dr Montgomery even sang a song while inserting meds into my IV, that was very comforting to me. I want to give a 6th star to this 5 star company. Dr Montgomery far exceeded my expectations. 11 extractions and no pain, took no pain meds and 3 hrs after surgery and numb med wore off I was in no pain. My dentist in Ada who sent me to OMA told me I was in the best hands he knew of. He was absolutely right. From receptionists Stephanie smiling and insuring I was correctly processed in to Rebecca, Dr Montgomery's nurse who took me to surgery room, and without missing a beat in getting me prepped also answered all my questions, instructed me of the process about to take place, offered me a blanket, professionally inserted the IV with little to no pain and within 15 minutes I was ready. The Dr entered asked 2 questions,"How are you this morning and do u have any questions for me"? I said no and I was out. Knew nothing happened and they assisted me to my vehicle. Absolutely 1st class organization. Dr Montgomery shared with me that he loves what he does and care of the patient is his priority. His demeanor far exceeds most Doctors and Surgeons. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone thinking of doing this. They are a 6 star organization in a 5 star rating. Thank you OMA for making my future bright!

I loved how smoothly and professionally everything was handled. And I absolutely LOVED the Christian music playing in the background. The woman on the phone when I first called to schedule an appointment was very friendly and helpful, and when I called after the surgery with concerns, they were taken seriously. The surgeon was superb. He even called the evening of the surgery to check on my daughter! Wow! When we came for our consultation and saw the warm, inviting waiting room with clean, folded blankets for patients’ use, and Christian music on the speakers, I knew we had found a good place.

I arrived for my surgery. I was taken back shortly thereafter. I was prepped for surgery promptly. It was completed quickly and smoothly. I experienced very little pain or discomfort afterwards. The doctor called me the following day (Saturday) to check on me. I was very impressed by this. It was very nice and thoughtful. The office also called me the following week (after hours) to check on me. The doctor and staff were very kind, friendly and professional. The only thing that I would suggest changing is the front desk procedures. The front desk is open and everyone in the waiting room is able to hear your personal information when talking with the receptionist. It would be better to have some privacy and discretion when checking in. Overall, my experience was great. Thank you!

Doctors, assistants and staff are all very friendly. I have high trust in the doctors.

The doc was great and you can’t beat the staff. Best in my eyes. Not only would I go back but I would take my kid in a heart beat if she ever needs work done.

Office is very nice and well kept. Only thing I didnt like is all 3 times I was in the office with an appointment I had to wait for atleast 30 mins before getting called back. Thats very inconvenient when patients need to return to work.

Hardly any pain at all and just looked like a squirrel for a couple of days in exchange of wisdom teeth being gone. 10/10 would do it again if I had more Wisdom Teeth.

Every part of my experience with OMA was excellent. The attention to detail regarding patient needs was actually surprising. It’s simply the finest healthcare provider I’ve ever been to. Professional and competent. My doctor was skilled and intelligent. He made me feel comfortable with his abilities and the treatment plan which included general anesthesia.* I had no worries. The staff actually cared about me. They were prompt and attentive. I enjoyed working with them. (*Or sedation. Whatever that’s called. Change it if you want.)

OMA NORMAN is Awesome! My wife and I both had our oral surgeries here and could not be happier. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Saumur is very down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. I will send my children here and anybody else I know who needs oral surgery.

We were personally contacted by the doctor after the surgery for follow up and the staff called to check on my daughter 4 days after surgery. The staff were very professional and friendly.

I had such an amazing experience at OMA! The staff is nice and friendly; I always felt welcome each time I came in. There was always positive and uplifting music playing, which really helps calm the nerves before going back to surgery. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is needing help that is provided here.

I was close to being late. The front desk was great at calming me down. Then I was shown my room were I was being readied for surgery when the next thing I knew, it was over. A very satisfying experience.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that Rebecca wasn't very gentle when putting in my IV, she sort of just stabbed it in there and then she bent my hand back which made it hurt really bad. That was the only thing!

Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The office ladies made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I went into the office to inquire about an appointment and in my subsequent visits. Dr Montgomery and his assistants were very professional, efficient and friendly and answered all my questions. The day of the oral surgery he and his staff began promptly and got done what was needed to be done and the follow up was good as well. I am a week out from surgery and healing good! I would definitely recommend OMA and Dr Montgomery.

Overall I liked the experience I had at the office. I never felt super scared or uncomfortable and everyone was very friendly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was because it took almost an hour of sitting in the waiting room to finally get called in. It was frustrating to watch people who showed up later than I did be called in first but I also understand that not everyone is there for the same reason. Sitting around and waiting just isn't fun. Other than that ya'll rock!
