Dr. Tucker has always done a great job with my eye exams and scripts. I worked with Renae to find new frames for reading glasses and with my small face she spent extra time trying to find appropriate frames. They use a Care Credit payment plan to help make it much easier to pay off purchases.

Always a great experience. One complaint is that you don’t carry my contacts in stock and it’s a hassle that you order them then I have to make an extra trip back to pick them up. They are not special order-just off the shelf brand and type. Frankly it’s easier to purchase from another store on my way home from my appointment with you. Please consider stocking contacts. I had an exam and the prescription is perfect. I bought one pair of glasses with the frames and had a pair of my sunglasses changed to the new prescription. They are both excellent, so now I am having my sports sunglasses changed the new prescription. Everyone was very helpful and patient, and the customer service was superior.

Very thorough exam with Dr. Tucker. He had me come back several times times to check eye pressure to get more accurate data on a possible eye disease with no charge to my pocketbook. He cares! Getting glasses was also a great experience with complete satisfaction along the way.

My visit with the doctor was great! But when I went to try on frames I had Rena help me and she was very pushy and told me that my prescription was such a small change that I would not be seeing any better and that I should get either sunglasses or just another pair of glasses that are completely different so I can swap them out. Was not happy with her at all.

I wish your prices were lower - especially now that I no longer have vision insurance - but I guess you get what you pay for and I do like quality eyewear. I was offered a nice discount which I truly appreciate. As I said, your service is excellent. I have come in for minor repairs or adjustments and there is never a charge. Your employees are competent, friendly and helpful. This last visit Tracey helped me find a new pair of glasses I really like and I am very appreciative of her input. They do a good eye examine. My only problem is I needed rewetting drops and he did not have any. I had some makeup on my eye that giving me a problem and he had no suggestions of how to get it out. Not a doctor for problems. Strictly for eye examination for getting glasses ir contacts. Right on schedule. No waiting..
