The Doctor and staff were both outstanding. All were caring and concerned. I left feeling that they really cared about the results and my well being. I hope to not have to do this again but if needed I would certainly return.

The procedure went smooth and the office staff was nice but I was surprised that they office staff or doctor didn’t follow up afterwards to see if I was ok. It’s funny, my dog’s vet called twice after his appointment the day before just to see if his cough was getting better yet I had surgery and never heard from anyone.

Dr. Pelaux explanation was good and on schedule for both of my visits. Staff was friendly. Procedure went well. Written description of what to do afterwards was helpful: I think it should also refer to use and impact of amoxicillin.

Could not believe how well everything went. The doctor was very thorough in explaining the procedure. If the first stage of getting implants was like this, the rest should be a piece of cake. Only downside is the length of time needed between each procedure.

Dr. Peleaux is the best. He has taken care of both my children’s removal of teeth prior to braces and just recently took excellent care of me during a molar removal. His nursing staff is kind and professional and front desk welcomes you the minute you arrive. Great staff and doctor. So far have never had a problem. Recovery has been so good.

First Class Experience from start to finish. Dr . Peleaux and his caring staff explained and planned my treatment completely with 3D imaging technology at consultation visit, answered all my questions and put me completely at ease with sedation at my surgical appointment. I would have given 5 stars but after days of food build up (and a check up stating everything was fine) I called the office to ask what to do about keeping the hole clean and realized I wasn't sent home with a syringe to clean the hole with (extraction/bone graft). Really bummed me out! I had a little bit of inflammation I think could have been avoided had I been given that initially.

Oral Surgeons of Charlotte did everything well. Dr. Peleux is top in his field and he removed my four wisdom teeth effortlessly. I am in my mid fifties so there are some things that could have gone wrong. The three members of his staff that I also interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was scared to get my four wisdom teeth taken out but Dr Peleux had done the same surgery on my son 10 years ago and it went fantastic so when the time came I wanted Dr Peleux to do my surgery and he exceeded my expectations if that is possible. My recovery has been progressing well thanks to Dr Peleux and his staff showing my husband a video on how to care for me. They also gave him handouts and answered any questions he had. Thanks to them, my husband nursed me back to health with great efficiency. I have not had any complications. Dr. Peleux and his staff are the absolute best.
