When I started, i was very nervous. But Orthodontic experts made me feel comfortable. They always take time to explain the procedure and what I have to expect. My son and I had a great experience at Orthodontic Experts in Arlington Heights. The staff is AWESOME!!! My son started going and got his braces put on the start of 7th gr. just had them removed in time for H.S. He looked forward to going to every appointment as everyone was friendly and took time to talk to him. We will definately recommend this location!! It was said to hear when we were told it was out last visit there. Thank You to all of the staff you are the Best!!!

I would recommend the dental office for kids and their parents.Kids feel stress free by visiting the doctor and by quick and fast care. Also the reminders are very important for parents so they dont forget when is kids appointment,we receives reminder messages on cell phone and also on email so there is no need to keep track on you calendar when and what time is our next one.Doctors answer all your questions and are nice to kids too! I recommend the Arlington Hts location!

You guys put new wires sometimes I feel hurt.

I was really impressed this visit. It was really fast. All the other times I have gone, the waiiting time is ridiculous. There’s no chairs available to sit. I would really like to for you guys to do something about that and don’t make patients wait almost an hour to be seen when we as patients can’t be late. Its a give and take. The orthodontist are great and are very patient.. The staff will brighten any dark day. They are so far from me yet I still take the drive to be serviced by them. My kids love them and now I have the pleasure of being taken care of by them as well..

Thorough explanation of treatment plan and cost. Reasonable payment plan. Would rather you scanned documents instead of the customer taking pictures. Perhaps you could have clients provide info on line before appointment.
