On time, friendly hygienist, no issues. Dentist listens and advises very thoughtful. Good transition from Dr Krinks office to current practice.

I just had my 6 month check up. Dr Wu is a great dentist and is very gentle.

Everyone is always so friendly, caring, and professional at Family Dentistry. Dr. Wu went above and beyond any expected fitting of my bridge. She spent so much time, trying to satisfy my concerns about the bite of my new bridge. Before I was going to leave, she checked once more, made some adjustments, and told me that I should return if, after a few days, I felt that there was still something off in my bite. Natalie did well as her assistant. Marianna was helpful and concerned as well during my check-out. Peggy made sure to greet me also. Kudos to all, including Dr. Kim who did the initial prep for my bridge!

Excellent staff and hygienist and dentist

Dr. Wu is excellent and Peggy does a stellar job every time! However the schedulers could use some work. Just about every appointment I make, there is an issue. They confirm the wrong time, reschedule you without your consent, or improperly reschedule upon your request. Example: the office called 3 times to confirm 2 appointments and gave me 3 different times. Then day of the appointments 2 appointments filling and cleaning same day) called first thing to cancel because I was very sick. The girl who answered thanked me for calling and rescheduled my appointments (so I thought). At the time of the canceled first appointment same day someone called to ask why I hadn’t shown (with an attitude) and proceeded to tell me that my appointments were not rescheduled and that I still needed to do so. Same day second canceled appointment someone called again to ask if I was going to show again. VERY disorganized and inconvenient while I am home sick with a sick toddle and infant to be dealing with multiple phone calls from my dentist office. I was very close to changing my dentist that I had been going to for most of my life because of these scheduling issues, which is sad because the actual dental staff are great! Side note: much of my friends and family use this office and experience the same issues. Hope this is constructive and not an attack because I would love to see the office improve so I can continue my relationship with this office.

I went here when it was under a different group and have since moved away. I haven't gotten a new dentist in the two years since I've moved , but being in town I decided to try and get my teeth cleaned. While eating candy I felt like a filling had come out. They got me right in and was very pleased with my experience. Thank you for taking care of my teeth so quicky.

Very professional staff. Equipment was state of the art. It was the first time I had been there and everyone was very hospitable. Happy to have found a new dentist I would also highly recommend.

I never give feedback but I will for this practice. Yesterday was my first visit to Paulsboro Family Dentistry after leaving another practice. My wife convinced me to give them an opportunity because i had not been able to decide on a practice after a less than great experience at another local practice . I have not met everyone but Dr Wu and her attending staff were really very pleasant. Their hygienist takes time and didnt rush my cleaning which I appreciatef since it has been a while since my last dental visit. She was especially friendly and even more thorough, and genuinely enjoyed her job which was comforting to see. The entire staff that worked with me including Dr Wu, took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and why they recommended any course of action. This practice is not operated like an assembly line . Yesterday’s visit was a “no anxiety “ trip to the dentist which happens too infrequently for me.

Appointments always seem to run on time. Friendly staff. I've never had an issue going to dentists but some people care about this - no pain!
