Appt. Went well, very thorough with the x-rays but I didn't know that dentures were as expensive as they are. They don't have a payment plan available through them, they use a 3rd party with interest. Other places want all the money upfront so it's a big decision to make.

I had two dentists for two different procedures. I am bad at names. The lady dentist was awesome. She explained every step, although I already knew from lots of experience . She was so positive and cheerful. I would recommend her to everyone. The gentleman dentist only did a small step of many procedures for my implants. He was also very friendly. It's important to mention the assistants. The first few visits, I had a wannabe dentist. She was a part of making temporary teeth. She was awful. I don't think she had a clue and I was a practice dummy. I came twice thereafter and she never got them right. She really wasted my money and my time. I haven't seen her in awhile so maybe others complained. Otherwise, the assistants have been great along with receptionists. Thank-you!

They seem to correct the reason why I couldn’t chew on it and I ate with the problem as far as chewing, but now when I eat my tongue hurts it must get the inside of the partial. So I have to go up and get it checked again

It would nice to receive written instructions of what to expect, how long before permanent partials/dental parts are completed. Multiple appointments and adjustments - never told how long the entire process takes. When I expressed frustrations - received platitudes, very generalized response. The partial is extremely annoying, loose, gags me at times.

I am a "pansypatient" and the staff definitely recognized my nervousness. Both the Doctor and staff were patient, kind, relaxed but also professional. They talked me through the steps before and during the (implant) procedure, that made it easier on me which ultimately made it easier for them to do the work. I left feeling confident and looking forward to my next step.

Everyone introduced themselves, without a mask and smiles. A big plus in my book. Also, they don't pressure you into doing what they want.

Everything was good except the first filling that was put on after root canal was done it fell out 4 hours later the second day it eas put back in with adhesive and has stayed in this tome.

Fast, friendly and efficient

The dentist pointed out very helpful information about my teeth as well as my options for dealing with various issues. The rest of the staff was very professional and efficient. Haven't made a firm decision yet, but if I decide to do an implant, seems like a good place to for that given the interest-free payment plan.
