I've been going to Peccole Family Dental since it was located further west on Sahara (5 + years?). The office staff is very friendly and concerned and takes care of my needs with ease. They have always made me feel comfortable and confident in their ministrations. This last time, when the pain medicine started losing its affect, Dr. Shih ordered another shot so he could finish with his work without me feeling pain. And his chair side assistant did her work well and made me as comfortable as possible.

I had an appointment and had to go out of town last minute. I called and got a new appointment. I arrived and was greeted right away. Sat in the lobby for about 5 minutes ( as I was early) and was called in. It was for a cleaning so I was in and out in the appropriate time. I made my next appointment and was on my way. It’s great to go to a business where they are both professional and personable.

Everyone was friendly and helpful; I had all my questions answered by the time I left. Would definitely recommend!!

On time appointment, I received a great cleaning. I was having a sensitivity to hot items and pressure but the doctor assured me that it could have been a socket bruise after bitting on a bone fragment in a piece of meat. Should clear up soon. I'm to call if it doesn't.

I’ve been going to Peccole Family Dental for many years now. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. The staff are amazing. Never rude. This is the only dentist I’ve gone too that you didn’t have to wait several months to get in. I’ve seen 2 of the dentists, one whom I will miss but wish him a happy retirement, and the other who I respect and am grateful for his taking extra time on my crown. He is very very good. Absolutely love this place as will you;). Guarantee it!!

I don't have to wait long for the appointment. The front desk receptionist knows me by name. One thing that I do not like is I have new dental hygienist every 6 months for regular cleaning. I would prefer to have the same dental hygienist every visit.

Great cleaning and checkup.

I was received right away. I filled out the forms and was asked to wait in the lobby. In minutes I was taken to get X-rays. Not my favorite thing to do but I was put at ease and I got through it. I was directed to another room for my check up and cleaning. I was out in no time shortly thereafter. The staff was professional and friendly. I also made my next follow up appointment. It was a great experience.

No real wait time. Done within no time at all!! Friendly staff, as usual!!! Always a pleasure seeing everyone there!!! Except for Dr. Moore, he was off because it was a Monday and he's been my Dentist since I moved here 22 years ago. I will truly miss him when he retires...God bless him. I will continue to go there though it will be sad when Dr. Moore isn't there anymore..he's like family. Not to say that the rest of the staff isn't pleasant as well.
