I had a small chip in my front tooth and it was repaired quickly and you can't even tell where it was chipped. They did a wonderful job.

I had a great experience today. Everyone was nice and professional. I am disappointed that I found out today that I had gum disease back in 2017 when I was there. I was never told I had it or given any information about how to manage/improve it. So, I was pleased to get all of that information from my hygienist today. Oh, and my teeth look great after the whitening treatment. I would still recommend your place to anyone.

My family has been going to Dr. Mark Davis for over 25 years. He and his capable staff are good with both children and adults. For the past several years, Julie and Angela have been handling my cleanings, x-rays, and fluoride application. They are thorough and really care about their patients. They are but two members of a high functioning team of both patient care and administration professionals who treat everyone who walks through the front door like he or she is a favorite family member. Perfect Smile of Tulsa always starts your visit with a smile and ends your visit with a smile. The Doctor is very gentle and does everything to make you comfortable with the procedure he is doing. The dental hygienist always do a great job at cleanings too. Being at the dentist isn't always the best experience but Perfect Smile does their best to make it as good as possible.

As usual, every part on the visit was excellant. I was seen on time. The scaling and polishing was done throughly with out any pain. I was totally satisfied.

Everyone was friendly. I was informed as to what was going to happen with each procedure, and they were concerned with my comfort. The doctor even called the next day to check on me.

Over the years as a patient I have always been given VIP treatment ! I have never met a grumpy employee only beautiful, friendly & smiling faces! Everything was good, as usual, except for a 1pm appointment, I waited 25 minutes to be brought to a room. And then after the first person polished my teeth, I waited another 25 minutes before someone came to do the "scraping." I certainly understand that emergencies come up. But if that was the case, someone should have mentioned there would be some extra wait time involved.

The hygienist (I believe her name was Jess) was amazing! She talked to me about the reasons for a mouth guard at night, she provided information on cost for additional cleanings and suggested every 4 months since I asked how to avoid tarter build up. She truly explained the importance of fluoride, which I knew it had importance but thought it was more so when you were just younger. I left with clean teeth and a ton of information that was very helpful

I have never had a dental office be so thorough in my dental care. I was offered a deep cleaning for my teeth and exam of my gums after not having any cleanings for about 2 years. I wasn't forced into anything, I was simply offered an extensive cleaning of my teeth to catch up on my dental care. I agreed to the deep cleaning, and I couldn't be more satisfied. This office truly cares about your dental experience and care. I travel an hour to get to this office, and I will continue to travel to receive the best of the best care.

It was a great experience. I felt like I was in a spa setting. Well, the closet you could feel to a spa setting while actually BEING at the dentist's office. I loved the yellow paint on all the walls. It was very soothing. The cost for my services was much less than I had expected. I really enjoyed coming to this office.

I did want to mention that it would be helpful to have a hook or 2, a small table, or chair, in each room handy where the patient can leave purse, coat, whatever. The one that's already there has a blanket and some other items on it so there's no place but the floor for either. Thanks! "I've been impressed with this team since first going to get a tooth pulled years ago. Dr Davis was very attentive to my low pain threshold and numbed my mouth accordingly while watching the wrinkles between my eyebrows with every touch of the drill. I also had a root canal done that was totally painless from the time I sat in the chair onward. (Unheard of for me!) The rest of the staff are equally as genuine and concerned. My periodontal disease was treated in less time than I'd ever expected and routine cleanings are done with professional and personal care. I don't know how prices compare. I have no insurance. But I'd be reluctant to switch. Love the coffee machine (with mugs) and warm cookies too (which seem ironic at a dentist) but I'm NOT complaining. It's a nice touch.") I also very much enjoyed the Tulsa Historical Video on the screen (beats HGTV, etc) and pleasantly took up the 30 mins I had to wait past my appt time.

Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the appointments were running behind and I waited (reclined in the chair, on gas) for quite a while before the doctor could get to me. It was an hour or so I think, so I started to get uncomfortable. They were very apologetic, and seemed genuinely so.

I was always pleased with my cleaning and the customer service in the past. Yesterday on the other hand i had a different experience I had another cleaning which was fine but when i met with the dentist and all he told me I needed was sealants and a couple refilling to be replaced. Nothing was mentioned about a crown!!! When I was given my estimate about what my insurance would cover it was then brought to my attention about a crown. I thought it was possibly a mistake and the lady brought the assistant out and she explained that is why she was taking pictures for, a crown. Well she didn't explain to me that was the reason she needed pictures. I was out of the loop and I don't appreciate the dentist not discussing needing a crown with me and finding out by being given an estimate. I have zero pain in my mouth so I find this all inaccurate and way to make money!!! I do not know if I will be returning.

My mom and I spent a lot of money on a whitening package a while back. I've had a difficult time using it because it makes my teeth hurt so much. My mom called and spoke to Tammy and she suggested doubling up on the desensitizer and if that didn't work to let her know. During my visit I mentioned this and was told Tammy isn't there any more. I'm still not able to use the whitener and my mom and I are very frustrated being out hundreds of dollars. Are there any other options for me?

Everyone here is very caring and genuinely great at their work. Very calming and understanding. I am very happy I came here for my dentistry/orthodontic needs. Plus the tee shirts you guys wear are super pretty! Are they for sale? I really want one.

For the first time in my life I can finally say I don't mind going to the dentist, Mark Davis and his staff are the best. Always warm and friendly and comforting. Most dentists office smell so medicinal, Perfect Smile is outstandingly clean but does not smell like you are going into the hospital.
