I walked in on an emergency with my daughter, even though we waited for quite some time because of their emergency policies we were well satisfied with their service. Just to inform them though in situations like an emergency involving a child they need to see that child or those children in between the adults. I went there before 9oclock that morning and there was only one patient at the time. The receptionist told me they don't do emergencies until 10 o'clock but since we were early and be the first emergency she will be seen early. Now the child was dress for school n nobody cares about that all the adults came in and because they have their appointments they were sent in before a child who had an emergency. We sat there for almost 2 hours before she was seen. When she got to school which was close by lunch break was already done and recess began. However I still appreciate that she was seen because i was alittle worried.

As usual the staff is very professional and the office/dental rooms are inviting. Always enjoy getting my teeth cleaned as the technicians do a thorough job, which I always appreciate. It just feels good knowing the staff and atmosphere are inviting. The doctor comes in after the cleaning to check and to discuss dental issues you may have. I like the overall setup.

Dr. Gross is excellent and the office staff does their job well. What I don't like is the long wait between scheduled appointments, sometimes a month or more to complete a procedure for 1 tooth if more than one visit is necessary.

Due to my gum receding, my eye tooth developed a hole, although there was no decay or cavity. Thls procedure to fill in the hole is not covered by my insurance since it is considered cosmetic. However, to prevent further damage, I decided to have my tooth repaired. My tooth looks beautiful and one would never know that it was repaired. I have been going to to Dr. Grross for many years and feel he is an excellent dentist.

Reception and the clinician were awesome. The wait time is a little long. Why give an apt. time? Everything else is fine. Dr Gross is always cool, calm and collective.

Even though I was a "walk in," I was called in to see the dentist. Surprisingly quickly. X-ray was done and everything was handled in a professional manner and I was out of there within no time.
