I am very grateful for the amazing work of the Orthodontist work on my smile after being told I needed jaw surgery I was able to avoid that surgery with the help of my friends at Pickering & Allen Orthodontics

Pickering Orthodontist is the best!! They were very friendly and told me exactly what would be happening every step of the way through my straightening process. I even got my braces off a year early because of their diligence to straighten my teeth. I highly recommend them for orthodontics!!

The staff was very nice and very thoughtful. I didn’t have any trouble and the experience went well. I’m very glad they helped fix my teeth.

The office staff was always welcoming and happy to work with my schedule! We love Pickering Orthodontics so much that we drive all the way from Gatlinburg for our appointments! We are always greeted with warm smiles from the front office staff and all the assistants in the back. Dr Pickering and Dr Allen are great, and I trust them to make our kids teeth look their best! Today’s visit was great! Kaitlyn provided outstanding customer service. She made a couple of extra adjustments to my braces, without prompting, that hadn’t been done in previous visits. It made things much more comfortable during today’s procedure. She definitely seems customer focused and was quite pleasant.

My experience at Pickering Orthodontics was wonderful from beginning to end. The doctors and staff from the front desk to everyone in the back were always very personable and caring. Even though I was one of their “vintage” patients, as I refer to myself, they treated me like I was very important and special to them. I would highly recommend this orthodontic group to any one who is looking for an orthodontist.

My son was treated very kindly. Caring staff that explains what they are doing before they do it, which is important when you're dealing with children. Just as importantly his teeth look great & hr gets compliments on his smile all the time. He loves that!

Lets face it. The dentist is my least favorite destination (no offense). But as I walked in the door, the chalkboard said,"Welcome Bea." The receptionist graciously welcomed me with a gorgeous smile as did the hygentist n Dr.P. Overall (considering ) it was an extremely pleasant experience.

Well the asst was disappointed we didn’t come in when my son lost his hooks but when we call about a missing bracket we can’t get an appointment to get them fixed last time my wife called twice this should be a priority for your front desk
