All went well with cleaning and exam. We are VIP members that offers our family reduced cost treatments. I would have given 5 stars, but I had to ask if x-rays needed to be done since it had been a year since x-rays were taken. Hygienist stopped cleaning process, took x-rays and resumed cleaning. Didn't think we needed to ask for this to be done as this should be part of an routine annual procedure. At least it always was at my other dentist's office before we relocated from out of state. Office also was out of patient post cleaning care packs as my wife and I only received a tooth brush. Maybe time to restock the supply shelf inventory? Otherwise our experience was good and would recommend this dentist to others.

My appointment was Dec 26 The Hygienist was very professional did a wonderful job cleaning and checking my xrays She was excellent and I would recommend her to anyone even those who fear the dentist chair and avoid it all costs she was gentle and thorough and was very personable Didn’t cause me any discomfort And recommended a night guard due to my injury and the stress which makes my jaws clench when I sleep She was amazing I have been a patient here for 3 years and it’s the best practice anywhere

The dental hygienist was excellent!! She gave me antibiotic shoots in two of my pockets which was easy. The whitening was easy and I am very pleased with the results.

Went in for xray n cleaning...ended up finding a cavity ....taken care of on the spot ...my new downtown dentist !

I have found my dream dental practice! First let’s start with the professional, warm and friendly front office. Next, the hygienist and technician was very skilled and worked quickly and gently. The Pièce de résistance was the dentist I met named Dr. Prado He was able to accurately access my complex situation as well as explain it to me clearly and tell me the options and what to expect if if I chose option A or option B. He was sensitive to my concerns and treated me as an equal. I arrived in extreme pain and worry and left relieved, believing I had chosen the best practice to do the work of my dental restoration.

I’m getting happy with my smile already. Everyone there are nice. Thanks so much

Hygienist was amazing! Very thoughtful and knowledgeable about her job. Very helpful. The Front desk area was not, complaining about her being alone, short staff, and customers complaining to her, not very good to hear when waiting to see dentist for first time. Had to hear it again when see was by exam room and had someone else to complain to! Very annoying.

Having had a tooth pulled earlier this year by Sage Dental I felt I was overcharged for the service. A friend/patient recommended your company and found friendly people (Not a office on a conveyor belt) willing to help and I got another tooth pulled saving $150+ on my total bill. With Sage I had to go and see a dentist(got an office visit charge), then sent to another dentist at another office to have tooth extracted and and charged office visit and extraction fee. I'll recommend your office if anybody asks. I was so happy with my service that an hour after my tooth extraction I posted on Facebook how happy I was and how much I saved.

Everyone was friendly. The insurance plan was nice. Everyone was efficient. So far. The girl at the front desk with the long dark hair was exceptionally knowledgeable and could explain everything to me. Really smart and really friendly. The only thing I didn’t like is that the woman who did my cleaning couldn’t understand any of my questions. She was nice and pleasant, but couldn’t understand English.

You guys were very professional and extremely thorough we will be using you guys from now on and my wife will be come in there as well thank you very much for the wonderful service and the great job

The dental hygienist was very friendly and did a thorough job. However, when the cleaning was over the dentist did not check her work. This was the first time that a dentist did not see me after a cleaning in my 36 years of going to the dentist. Furthermore, invisalign and teeth whitening products were mentioned no less than 10 times during my visit. I felt like I was being sold rather than medically directed. Lastly, my session was double booked and my cleaning was pushed back 30+ minutes. I've waited much longer at doctors offices but I hope this doesn't become a thing at dentist offices too.
