Friendly professional fixed problem

I had a very pleasant visit when I came to have my teeth cleaned. I think her name was Erica but I can’t be sure. She is very very good. And I always get good service from Prince Dental Group. Can’t recommend you enough.

I will keep this short...for years I have been going there...last time I traveled 6 times back and forth all on account my debit card which I always used for your 10% discount was 1st rejected...soon to learn nothing wrong with card..person just didn't put it right...long story short 10% discount was still denied me until I produced a paper ck and even Then the cashier couldn't figure what 10% off my $447 dollar bill would be..I said No 10% OFF 447 IS NOT 433.30...! I Love everything else about Prince Dental but I still spent a good part of my vacation day dealing with a simple debit card 10% discount transaction

I have been coming to you for years, and love your staff. I just thought I would take a minute and let you know about one item you need to improve upon. It seems like the last year or two your staff under estimates what my insurance will pay, and I end up with a credit. I had over 300.00 credit. I had no idea. If this happens you really should notify the patient and offer to refund the patient.

I was referred to Dr. Prince by my friends sister. I had to have a crown put on one of my Molars. The staff and Dr. Prince were extremely friendly and incredibly nice. I was explained the process and how long it would take. I would highly recommend Dr. Prince to anyone needing a dentist. I have to thank them for all they’ve done for me. I truly appreciate it.
