I was an emergency patient with an infection in my tooth with a swollen face. Somehow you were able to fit me in on a busy monday, i was so thankful for that. Then the experience i had there was amazing especially after having a terrible experience with a different dentist recently. Im so grateful for the whole staff at Putnam dental associates for fitting me in, treating me like they would their own and taking my tooth out that was causing me so much pain. Everyone at Putnam Dental goes above and beyond to ensure each encounter is a positive one. I have been a patient if PDA for over 35 years! Their preventative care practices help to avert extensive remedial work, but when it's necessary, options are given and the work is accomplished without pain! I recommend their Family Savings Plan, especially if you are a senior without dental coverage. A real savings!

I saw Dr. Cafarelli for a broken tooth. I thought it would have to be pulled and need a implant. I have never had any problems before, so I really did not know how bad a tooth ache could make you feel. In speaking with Dr. Cafarelli he asked fully about my medical history. When I informed him that I have diabetes and take insulin, he informed me the risks of rejection of the implant he recommended a root canal (I was very against this at first). I did the root canal and feel AMAZING!! No pain just a little sore from my mouth being open. THANK YOU. Everyone in the office was professional and very helpful.

I was provided with an immediate appointment to accommodate me. Being handicapped, and depending on others to drive me, i really like that everything is usually done in 1 visit.

If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place for you. My entire family comes here and they are wonderful with kids, elderly people and everyone in between. They take the time to explain things to you. And, they are without question the most knowledgeable dental team around. There are so many places that 'drill and fill' - this is NOT that place. Putnam Dental Associates is the Rolls Royce of dental practices. I don't know how/why anyone would risk their dental health and physical appearance by going to a dentist that doesn't care like Putnam Dental Associates does.

A molar broke on Thanksgiving so I called the office on Friday, found it closed so left message, received a call back asking if I could come in Monday unles they got a cancellation earlier. Early Saturday AM I got a call asking if I could come in at 9:00 and Dr. Ern could see me. I arrived, had an exray and consult with Dr. Ern and he gave me two solutions. I am so grateful to the staff for their prompt appraisal of my problem, with my health problems, and the attention I received. Thank you so much.

If you have a dental phobia like I do, they go over and above to calm your fears. They will offer you a headset to listen to music, a blanket etc. it is now not so terrifying to go to the dentist. By the way the dentists are wonderful.

I enjoy the service and how nice everyone is but one of biggest concerns,which I might have to change to another dentist is your billing procedures not everyone has a lot of money in the bank, I have raised three beautiful daughters and still live pretty much paycheck to paycheck,it's frustrating to have the billing girls coming up to me while I'm sitting in the chair in a lot of pain to see how I can make my payments, what ever happened to taking care of the patients needs first, now I need to finish the process with my front crown and I need over 2000$ which I don't have to pay at one time so what kind of position do you think I'm in and I'm sure there is a lot more people like myself that would come to your practice if the billing was different. Thank you

I was totally shocked and disappointed when you charged $237- to put cement in a crown which I could have dove myself had I known, two days before you charged $217 for just a cleaning , no X-rays , nothing extra, how is gluing the crown cost more, the prices are excessive !!!!
