I felt very comfortable and welcomed my entire time there. The people are very informational about everything they do throughout the entire cleaning, and I had a very good conversation with my person. The only thing that I was not use to was how much cleaner they put on my teeth right before I left, I felt like I had a lot of excess and I wasn’t able to really show my teeth since it was filled and covered in the cupcake flavored cleaner. But other than that it was a fantastic experience!

My first ever experience with the newer Dentist was excellent, highly knowledgeable and willing to explain and teach his findings, as well as recommended product. The hygienist cleaning portion was mediocre, and my least satisfactory cleaning in my lifetime.

Ramsey runs a first class operation. Ramsey is an expert at what he does. Ramsey is outgoing, courteous and patient. I came to this appointment with serious concerns about how to proceed with the procedure I need every 90 days. I had found it uncomfortable(through no fault of the staff) and wondered if it was worth continuing. My "hygienist" (who turned out to Cari) suggested I have the dentist(who I then learned was your husband) step in to discuss my concern. Ramsey patiently listened. He then proposed a simple, effective solution. Cari then did the procedure. I MUST (and I cannot emphasize this enough!) did the best work I have ever had done. So smooth and efficient, when she began to polish my teeth) I had to ask her if she was already finished with the scaling!! I did not realize she was doing it. Doesn't get much better than that. I left a bit chagrined --the two of you made this much adieu about nothing.

The hygienist was very personable. Everything went really quickly and smoothly and I’m always treated really well there.

I always have a good experience when I come to the dentist. My last appointment was fantastic. I really like all of the people who work in the office. I say KUDOS to all of you there at the office.

Yes, You get a 5. The hygienist is the first who has said that I did a good job. You don't know how long I've wanted to hear that since I make a real effort to put all suggestions into effect and so felt I had earned some sort of recognition for that! Dr. Shouman is pleasant and efficient and takes fine care of my teeth. I like especially that I didn't have to wait more than two minutes in the waiting room or in the treatment room.

Services great as always. One comment would be is how noisy the other staff was. It may be due to the office design or that the staff was just being louder than usual, but I found it distracting and an invasion of our space (mine & Jennifer’s). If staff is going to be so loud maybe the office needs to have some doors installed so the sound can be blocked out.

From the moment I walked in with my Dad you could sense the positive atmosphere in the office! Then the experience continued once I took my Dad back.
