Every experience at Rancho Dental has been five stars however yesterday the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. When the hygienist asked her for help with my insurance she got snippy in front of me. The front desk staff is usually very friendly and warm so maybe this new receptionist is still learning. Jan, my hygienist was very friendly and very gentle!

Dr. Davis, Debbie, and the staff were caring and efficient in diagnosing and treating a tooth problem identified by my periodontist (who also were thorough - why I have stayed with them for perio for 40 years) who referred me to Rancho Dental when I needed a new dentist a few years ago. While the process for treating the tooth and preparing a crown (surprise Jeff!) took time and was not my mist pleasant afternoon, Dr. Perry did a great job in managing my discomfort and gave me high confidence in a positive outcome. Super clean office, got a tour of the entire place and Christmas came early for being a new patient... (they give you a to go bag of actually cool stuff). I could really tell with the doctor that he took tremendous pride in his work, with the amount of time he put into his work. Awesome.

We were lucky to have our physician recommend Dr. David Perry at Rancho Dental. It's hard to find a good dentist when moving to a new area. Since I am a retired dental assistant and hygienist,I have certain things I look for in a dental office. This office checks all the boxes! It's so nice to walk in and be greeted by pleasant and delightful people. That seems hard to find these days. Their office staff is professional and the great attitudes are a breath of fresh air and you feel welcomed. That attitude is carried throughout his office. It is a very pleasurable hour when we see our hygienist Susan. She goes the extra mile to make sure we are comfortable. I have heard from friends that all the other hygienists are top-notch too. Now, the first and most important thing(in a lot of peoples book)to know about Dr.Perry is that he has a gift. His technique of getting you numb before dental work is unbelievably PAIN FREE! I have been to and worked for many dentists over many years in dentistry and I have never come across a dentist as skilled as Dr. David Perry at giving injections. I have never experienced any discomfort or pain! So have No Fear when your in his dental chair!! Beside that very important part😊 I really appreciate his assistants care about my comfort during the whole appointment. They even have a "Comfort Menu" for items to choose, from neck pillows to mini fans! His assistants really know their job. They know all the procedures and it's a fine skill to know and anticipate what instruments Dr. Perry will need. By doing this they make the appointment stress free. On the technical side, I'm impressed with how they keep up with all the new technology and how very precise he is when choosing the color of my crowns. It's an art to be able to color match other teeth and crowns I have. He has always been spot-on. I know that this is a long review but we truly have never had a bad experience. Since I don't do a lot of reviews I didn't want to leave anything out. Dr Perry is one of the nicest and finest dentists I've seen in all my years. Great atmosphere and friendly, professional staff. I received immediate feedback on my xrays and the overall condition of my teeth. I'd had to reschedule an appointment on short notice and they were able to accommodate my request.

You took an 81 year old man and put him upside down for 30 minutes, almost did not make it.

Dr Perry spent extra time fitting my crown to correct the bight. So far it feels great

I didn't care for the fact that my hygienist was running a half hour behind for my appointment and squeezed me in between her next appointment even though I had an appointment. I was rushed through yet charged the same as if cared for in the same manner. My teeth were cleaned but didn't get the same time or care as usual.

Honest, friendly, professional and very skilled dentist. I’ve seen both Dr. Dan and Dr. Perry and wouldn’t go anywhere else. In fact, they are very mindful of expense to the patient and have always been upfront with me on what needed to be done and what could wait. I believe I've had 5 or 6 cleanings at your office. I received the best cleaning yesterday 9/12 from Robin. She cleaned my teeth manually and she did an incredible job. I have several veneers and have always been concerned about using the Ultrasound procedure. Would recommend her to anyone who takes their cleanings seriously like I do.
