I had a virtual appointment with Dr Papas because I live in the Boston area. He was extremely thorough with me, explaining my MRI in great detail, he asked me many questions, I never felt rushed and he wanted to know that I understood everything he was explaining to me. Dr Papas gave me a full 45 minutes of his time and I was extremely pleased with the visit. All of his staff has been extremely warm, professional and very helpful with all the information they were communicating to me.

Everyone was so professional and friendly. Very hopeful Regenexx will work for me.

I was impressed with the courteous staff and the very thorough exam and treatment. I had my procedure done in August and I was a good experience. The staff from the receptionist to the nursing staff and the doctors were very friendly and had very good customer service. I my procedure went very well.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They don't rush you and take time to listen. Dr. Papas is a very caring individual and puts me at ease. He takes time to answer all my questions. They do their best to accommodate any requests I may have, such as zoom meetings so that I don't have to make the long drive and miss work.

Dr Leiber was amazing! I am about 6 weeks out having both my hips done at once. I am able to physically do activities I haven't done in years. You did everything well. I had severe pain and immobility in my left foot, ankle and Achilles to the point where I could barely walk. Before finding Regenexx I thought I was destined for back surgery and surgery to repair several tendon tears. I was also considering surgery for severe arthritis pain in my wrist. My personal experience with Regenexx and Dr Leiber was exceptional from beginning to end. I couldn’t walk 100’ 6 weeks ago due to 3 herniated and 1 bulging discs in my Lumbar Spine and tears in my SI joint. I was originally scheduled for fusion surgery and didn’t want to start that downhill spiral at 53, as I’m convinced I would have had a completely fused spine by 63. After my first meeting with Dr. Leiber, and in a lot of pain, he told me he could fix my issues with PRP and we went forward with it. Ended up having PRP shots in my back and SI joint through Dr Leiber and the incredible staff at the Sarasota office on August 26th. Started having a noticeable impact a couple of weeks later, and happy (Elated) to report that 6 weeks later I’m walking a couple miles a day and about 95% better……. Since I’ve had issues with my cervical spine in the past, I’m now proactively looking to extend my PRP experience to that region of the spine as well. I rate Dr. Leiber and the Sarasota staff 5 stars. There were some issues with the Tampa Bay office. My husband kept getting texts about an appointment for me, for an appointment that I had changed, although his appointment was with Dr. Torrance on a different day. My husband’s prescriptions were called in and filled twice. I repeatedly got a survey about my left knee. My left knee was not treated. I responded twice about this until it was corrected. The staff at the Tampa facility was very nice but seemed inexperienced. Fortunately I know from past treatments that Dr. Leiber is very experienced and knowledgeable. Just somethings need to improve with support services.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient team. Felt totally at ease before, during and after procedure. I have so much trust in them that I had the procedure done without any drugs. Exam was more thorough and better explained to me versus the 3 prior Orthopedic physicians I visited for same ailment. Also, you’re clearly up the science and committed to best patient outcomes. None of the other MD’s said anything about the new science negatively associating statins with tendon repair/injury. Also impressive, was your recommendation to be off flouroquinolones. Lastly, each of the other MD’s totally trivialized the meticulous lab work you seem to do for stem cell and PRP.

Dr. Papas always helps me when I have body issues from my scoliosis, amputation, and reconstruction issues. He is excellent at OMT and I think you should promote him more because Drs. that truly heal with their hands are hard to find. Also, another recommendation I would make is that when any of the practitioners are running more than 15 minutes behind, the patients should receive a text or phone call.
