Dr. Liceaga and staff are awesome! Dr. Liceaga / Dr. Johnson spend quality time with you, listens to your needs and I don't feel like a number. Andrian is the one that is assigned to my case and he is on it. Everyone in the office is friendly!

Main area that needs improvement is the time to get a written Rx once we have seen the Dr is anywhere from 25-40 minutes and that is when you are 3rd or 4th from seeing the Dr. The time it takes to see the Dr. for 5 to7 minutes and get a Rx is at least 1 hour to 1hour & 20 minutes. This is a real waste of your patients time. The front office doesn't seem to care.

Short wait times, professional service and effective treatment.

Regional Pain Management is highly recommended by me a sufferer of chronic pain, they helped me with control of my disability. PIH couldn't do it seemed they were more interested on me signing papers. Then had to go thru the whole needing a Referral to get treated. RPM took my insurance and treat me with respect and treatment I need. Thank You Dr. AL & Dr.J. and staff

I got in within 15 minutes of my appointment time. However I did have to wait for 30 minutes for my prescriptions. Don't understand the long wait.

My visit went well. However the front desk could move things along a little quicker after a patient sees the doctor. Having to wait for prescriptions and making an appointment should move smoother.
