Dr. Ho was very informative and listened intently to all of my questions. I trust her experience and expertise.

I drove almost an hour to have Dr. Ho place botox and fillers. While I’ve had botox before, I never had fillers but suspected that fillers, done right, required a good amount of skill. Since it’s the face, I didn’t want just anyone doing it. I knew Dr. Ho was a trained surgeon, had a focus on cosmetic procedures, and had a great reputation, so I made the drive and am so happy I did! She’s highly skilled and has a great eye. Her recommendations were much appreciated. And the procedure was painless. I will happily make the trek again.

Lovely atmosphere, very relaxing and inviting. Charlotte Byck is a wonderful esthetician, she does an excellent dermaplanning.

I got a dermaplane and hydrafacial that left my skin feeling flawless. Charlot made sure to really hit all my trouble areas (nose, chin) which left me feeling wedding ready! She also went out of her way to listen to my skin concerns and suggest some of the products they have at Rejuvenation, I can’t wait to return for another treatment!

Staff are friendly. The facility is very clean. The technician is professional and explains the procedure and expected outcomes. Pricing should be posted. Clients should be provided with a written agreement detailing cost. This would be a great addition to your services.

The facial was great, but I don’t understand why I am never taken on time. I have been to your place 4 times in the last 2 month. Three out of the four times have been waiting 15 to 20 minutes. This unacceptable.

A few times a year I come to Rejuvenation Medical Aesthetics for a "maintenance". I always enjoy my sessions with Tracy, who is very knowledgeable and a great professional. She has a wonderful personality and knows her beauty products. I always seek her advice before trying anything new. Since I discovered RMA a few years ago, I have tried a few things and loved all of them (hydrofacial, IPL, botox, fillers). It may be a little indulgent, but I consider it an investment in myself. With a recent RMA transition to a beautiful new facility next door, the whole experience feels more spa-like. If you have a important event or you need a gift for a woman in your life, I would definitely recommend booking an appointment with Tracy at RMA for any beauty services.

My consultation went well. All of my questions were answered. I was very impressed with the facility. My only complaint was that the price they quoted me for the procedure was only valid for that day. It was a rather large sum and I felt like I did not have any time to weigh my options and with it being the holiday season that sum of money would not be available for me to spend for a few months. I am not sure if I can afford the higher rate if that is what I have to pay at a later date. The rate quoted me should have been valid for more than 1 day. As a result I will have to rethink having the procedure done at RMA.
