I had a wonderful experience at restoration Eye center. The staff was very courteous and prompt!. After each surgery Dr. Magarrity called to check up on my progress and made himself available for any concerns I might have. I highly recommend this facility if you are considering lasik or cataract surgery.

The facility is very clean. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. Everyone explains what they are doing and why. Dr. McGarity even calls you that night after your surgery to check on you and answer any questions you might have. I highly recommend Restoration Eyecare and the Surgery Center at Forum for your eyecare needs!!!!

Here's what I thought was done well, as well as what might be done better: 1 The staff was professional & helpful. When I called on the phone to make an appointment I thought Lexi (sp) was efficient & friendly. When we arrived at the clinic, we were also treated attentively, even though we arrived a bit early. In making future appointments, the staff person also made an effort to work with me considering we have a long drive to get to Restoration Eyecare 2 The eye technicians were very professional, considerate & polite during the testing procedures. Their comments were positive & encouraging. 3 Although we were unaware that we would be meeting with Dr. Leipholtz rather than Dr McGarity, I found her to be very professional in her examination. I especially appreciated her willingness to answer any questions I had; I did not feel rushed. However, after years of experiencing numerous tests & evaluations by eye doctors who have recently decided to retire, I still have some concerns about how all that information about my eyes is being synthesized with these newest tests. I trust that concern will be part of future discussions in upcoming appointments. Despite feeling that I was in quite expert hands with Dr.Leipholtz & that she was clearly willing to answer any & all questions I might have, I must admit I felt better about my eyesight before my appointment than I did after her examination. I wish she had focused more on the positives about the condition of my eyes rather than pointing out specific flaws that will inevitably lead to the future decline of my ability to see. I realize I am aging; I realize my eyes are not what they used to be. I know I will need procedures in the future. What I need now is some encouragement about how my eyes are doing at present. 4 Initially, the staff had some confusion about my two-word first name; I have had to deal with this issue ever since computers became the main source for record-keeping. I think my name has now been entered into your files correctly. However, I noticed that this email evaluation was missing ANY name in the salutation. That doesn't appear as really wanting my "personal" response. It's a small detail, but one of note.

My wife and I both had appointments, and we were early; you took us in right away, however, which was great. The person at the front desk was efficient and friendly, and the technician who administered eye tests was very friendly, efficient, and profession. Dr. Leipholtz was equally friendly, efficient, and professional, and she answered my questions patiently and knowledgeably. Overall, I had an excellent experience. (One minor point: your email asking me to take this survey addressed me as "Dear ," -- that's right, just a blank before the comma -- not cool.)

Everyone is so nice and pleasant. Takes time to answer your questions and explain everything. Not pushy about your decisions . My advice is for the patient to have their questions in mind and have a list so you don't forget to ask. Over all a very good experience.

Check in was easy because necessary documents were mailed to me prior to the appointment. Everyone was nice and courteous throughout my appointment and I feel that the doctor was honest and gave me good advice. The facility is very neat and clean. Overall this was a good experience.

Exam and analysis of my issues were clearly explained. The ease of going through the procedure for my dry eyes was professional and I was put at ease. The doctor and staff are very friendly and helped me a lot.
