I pulled up to River Lake Clinic and I noticed how lovely and clean the building and property looked ! As I entered the office, I had a feeling of calm. The office is beautiful. I was greeted by John at the front desk. Soon the optical aides greeted me and took care of my preliminary exams. The aides were knowledgeable and friendly. Soon Dr. Mike did my exam. He is the ultimate professional and interested in the whole health of his patients. My experience at River Lake Clinic was excellent.

First visit with Dr. Hanen. I liked her and will see her again. She is engaged, thoughtful and had good suggestions for tamping down my anxiety. I look forward to my next appointment

As I walked out of the eye clinic, I said to myself, "This place has a feeling of peace in the atmosphere.,". And...I hardly had to wait at all. I have come here for many years and I trust Josh and Mike to watch carefully the progression of my macular degeneration. And this clinic hires well, especially John in front office and is it " William" who tested me this past week.

People at this clinic greet me, listen to me and respect my questions. I feel as if they consider themselves part of my medical team and are game to insure I have the best quality of life possible. I'm grateful for the whole staff from reception through physicians.
