I appreciated getting to have a Zoom consultation rather than driving 2 hours in inclement weather, but I was very disappointed that no one wanted to see my surgical site to assess how well it was healing.

I was a little anxious about the removal of so many sutures in from my elbow. I'd had sutures removed before, a number of times, & it had hurt sufficiently, that I asked the nurse if she would deaden the area before removing these. Some of the sutures seemed buried very deeply, which really worried me. She told me I would barely feel them being removed. She was RIGHT! I was so impressed, & so grateful! Sometimes post-procedure care can feel like an afterthought. It didn't feel like that here. The entire team showed me kindness & caring in addition to their medical expertise. It was very reassuring, & much appreciated.

Everything went smoothly. My eyes were watery and difficulty reading anything. A heads up on that would be nice. Great job!!!

I was nervous at first to have injections done for fear I'd look "overdone" or "frozen". Amy was absolutely wonderful and listened to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable after she explained it all and performed the injections. I am so glad I decided to go through with both. Chelsey did my aesthetics consult and she was amazing as well. She went over things with me I was unaware of and recommended products to help with my concerns. Overall another wonderful experience with all of the staff. I am pleased to say I will continue to come back!

I am so thankful for these wonderful people! EVERYONE has been a blessing! Not once have i felt like a "problem" when I have asked questions. From Reception to the nurses, Kim, Amber, Jodi, Kristin, the awesome nurse that recently helped me, and Dr. J himself (very kind, thoughtful, genuinely CARES about my needs/hopes/expectations) I am just incredibly thankful. Words cannot describe my experience there. My arms and thighs are normal now! I have not been able to wear sleeveless at all for the last 37 years of my life! I went through a traumatic situation several years ago, but even before that weight gain, I always had arms that i was embarrassed of. Since Dr. J did my arm lift (I'm 4 weeks out from surgery) I am walking around SLEEVELESS!!!! With my upper arm garment sleeves on, but my arms still look TERRIFIC! I feel like William Wallace in Braveheart when he rallied the troops and said, "freeeeeedooooom!" And my thighs? The best! I can now wear jeans and yoga pants and feel, again, a sense of freedom! Bottom line-- Dr. J and his team CARE. It is genuine. And, so am I about this review! God bless y'all!

I had done my research on Dr. Jensen and knew I was in good hands. The only things that could be improved on would be a more detailed description of the procedure and I experience depression after the surgery and would have liked a nurse to call me 2-4 days after surgery to reassure me I had done the right thing. The staff is wonderful, they made me very comfortable before the surgery, I was a little nervous at first. Dr Jenson was very specific about the procedure. After surgery there was very little pain. There was some swelling for the first two to three days. It's been a week now swelling is mostly gone and wow what a transformation I lost a 10 to 15 years. Very happy with the results. Dr. Jensen and his staff are so professional, and are kind and personable all at the same time. From the receptionist, to the nurses, to Amber, that stayed with me overnight after the surgery, the staff is the finest. I have never been treated with more kindness and respect. This is a once in a lifetime experience that they make so exciting. They answer all questions, encourage you calling or seeing them afterward if anything does not seem right, and are truly into your satisfaction and total health. Although they make people feel better about themselves all day long, they treat you like your case and situation is unique and special. I drove almost 200 miles each way (several times) for my surgery and followups and am more than thrilled that I treated myself to the best.

I honestly believe you have the most well-organized, punctual and affable medical office I've ever had the pleasure of being in. So frequently patients are made to feel almost invisible but I have yet to encounter anyone in your office that doesn't make me feel like they're actually seeing me. Dr Jensen is the best! My results were way above what I had expected. I am so very happy with how I look. I went in hoping to look refreshed and came out not only looking refreshed, but also looking 10 years younger! I am so glad I chose Dr Jensen! His staff are also fabulous!

Best medical experience I've ever had. Almost perfect. Felt a little rushed out of the recovery room, never got an answer on what my portion of the procedure would be until I got the bill, and didn't know I'd be getting a seperate significant anesthesia bill. But a wonderful experience with such a fabulous, relatable, staff.
