As a first-time patient referred by my internist of many years, I found the bedside manner of Dr “Naz” to be warm and comforting. She explained each step of her exam, regardless of how insignificant, and the rationale for scheduling a follow-up procedure (later this month). At the end of my appointment, (which was brief without feeling at all rushed), she gave me an opportunity to asked any further questions. From this alone, I feel confident in the treatment plan In place and would recommend Dr Naz.

The appointment with Doc Rostami was superb. However, your computer systems leave a lot to be desired. Your online appointment system (zocdocs) does NOT work. And neither does the mypatientvisit.com. I was unable to set up an account (made 3 unsuccessful attempts), and the account your office set up on my behalf provides only partial reports.

I have confidence in Dr. Rostami. However on my second visit my surgery procedure was changed and I have not obtained details yet.

Dr. Naz is the most incredible doctor I have ever met. She performed surgery on my 4-year-old As a worried mom, I had a million questions and concerns. At our consultation Dr. Naz took close to 45 minutes to discuss everything with me, and to answer every single question I had. Of course, prior to the surgery, I researched her in great detail. Not only is her educational background highly impressive, but her awards and accolades speak volumes about her skills. The work she did on my daughter's eye was so expertly performed that when I first saw it it looked like nothing more than a tiny papercut. It has healed so beautifully that we haven't even had to use the scar cream. This is a doctor who knows what she's doing. After the surgery she gave us her cellphone number so that we could be in contact with her personally, should the need arise. She called the day after surgery to check on my daughter. When I emailed her a simple question she called me personally to answer. She cares about her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Naz. She's is absolutely amazing at what she does.

I was worked in due to an emergency. Though I didn’t have an appointment I was treated as if I did. A very thorough eye exam with appropriate treatment with excellent results. The only complaint I have is when calling the office for an appointment they give you the billing option before the appointment option. My very first thought was they’re more interested in billing and money than their patients. I found it definitely not true but still cringe at that option when calling to make an appointment.
