Every time I go to Rotem, the entire experience is as great as a visit to the dentist could be. Rotem doesn't take my dental insurance and I choose to pay out of pocket then go to anywhere else.

This place was GREAT 😊 the staff was wonderful! They Treated you with kindness and made sure I was super comfortable from the time I walked in till the time I left. I had one dentist my whole life and was so nervous about going to a new one especially for the procedure I got done but Dr. Eisenberger was WONDERFULLLLLL. He was very informative, he was extremely Lightweight handed, VERY FOCUSED, he made sure I was comfortable, most importantly made sure I couldn’t feel any pain and even gave me a call the next morning just to see how I was feeling. I loved it his place and experience I had.

One of the most positive staffs I have ever encountered. They made an immediate appointment for my 94 year old mother, after I explained her specific situation. There was no waiting when we arrived. Each staff member was efficient and professional, but also compassionate warm and caring. Dr. Rotem explained what my mother needed and why clearly and provided appropriate medication. Because of her condition she had to see an oral surgeon. A staff member worked diligently to get the very earliest appointment possible with an oral surgeon. I left the office feeling that my mother had received excellent care. I would highly recommend them.

Love the place, the staff, the Doctor, highly professional and attentive at all times But, Very frustrated and unhappy with the implant which never was in balance there was a torque from the outset, eventually the right implant gave way. I am not a fan of having an implant where I am using adhesives daily

This experience was different that all previous visits. I’m assuming the whole new administrative staff was new and in training because they were not nearly as nice as the previous admin staff. They all knew me by name before, addressed me as such and acted genuinely happy to see me. This new crew...not so much.

I cannot stress how nice my visit was. I haven’t been able to go to a dentist is over 5 years- I’ve had two awful experiences and now suffer from intense anxiety when I’m a dental care office. The entire staff was so pleasant and made me feel at ease. Their financial spokesperson ( so sorry can’t remember name) was so kind to go over every detail of my treatment down to the penny. My doctor didn’t judge me based on my teeth issues and actually listened to me when I told her I had previous issues. I am actually excited to go back and get the smile I’ve always wanted. 😭

I can't say enough good things about this office and the genuine, caring people who work here. I had an emergency on a Sunday morning and Melissa was more than accommodating to get me in to be seen ASAP. When I got there for my appointment I was greeted by a a very friendly gentlemen who made me feel welcomed and helped me get my early paperwork started as a first time patient. From there, I got called back into the exam room where Kira took x-rays, calmed me down, and even wiped my tears as I was in so much pain. Dr. Luisa Feliz came in to see me and said that I had a big infection in my gum. She showed me my x-rays, answered any questions/concerns I had, wrote my prescriptions for infection/pain and I was on my way. This has to be the best experience I've had at a dentist office office, hands down. Just made it that much better that they handled my emergency with such kindness, ease and efficiency. I 1000% recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist or finds themselves in an emergency after normal office hours. You will not be disappointed. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

Dr. Rotem and his entire staff made me feel welcome and so comfortable when they were kind enough to fit me into their schedule. I called in for an emergency visit, and was told to come right in. I had never been there before, and that was not a problem at all. They were also able to schedule an appointment with an oral surgeon for me. I was so nervous, and they were all very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend them.

Liked that I was able to have my teeth cleaned the old way and not that water thing thing making me choke all the time.

I called with tooth pain and they were able to get me in within the hour. This was my first visit there and I was made to feel extremely welcomed. The office was clean. The staff was very friendly and their equipment seemed very high-tech and up-to-date. They have also been very supportive about getting me the referral I needed for other work they were not able to complete an office. I will definitely be using them as my regular dental office from now on.

Excellent would be the best way to describe my experience. But, I do have one complaint, I arrived in pain, and left in pain. My tooth has to be taken out. And I thought it would of been. Greetings; Yesterday was my first visit to Rotem having gone to my previous dentist for over 30 years, so I was a bit skeptical and worried - but I didn't need to be. The entire staff was phenomenal. The service was exemplary. Filling out the forms electronically went quickly and the new patient gift bag was a real treat. The comforts around the waiting area (coffee, books, phone chargers) were really appreciated and the technology used for x-rays was amazing. I don’t like your billing method! You want me to pay you the entire cost of the procedure up front and my insurance reemburse me? Could image if my doctors did that? Who has the money to do that? You charge $291 for a filling, my present dentist charges $91 for same procedure! It’s a no brained! You to expensive for my pocket! Thanks anyway!

First visit was very professional. I wish you took more discounted dental insurance. All of yours require 6 to 12 months in advance. The only one decent is a 6 week wait plus a 150 initial fee. I went in 45 minutes later than my appointment but all in all the staff and doctor was very nice.

Had my first dental procedure with Dr. Bava of Rotem Dental Care. He was so gentle & put me completely at ease.I I became relaxed enough to have it done! The dental assistant (name?) was very professional & nice!

I rushed to get there at my appointed time, because I had 2 other appointments that same day prior to my 1pm appointment. I walked in at 12:55 after speeding down the parkway from Asbury Park. I was not seen until 1:30. That is my reason for not giving a 5 star review.

I was always treated with professional courtesy and respect, the staff and doctor's treated me for my dental needs with respect to my existing kidney condition as well as my cardiac needs. I was concerned over cost because i'm on a fixed income, but the cost was not a factor after I saw what was needed and it was moderately priced for me to afford. My thanks to Rotem Dental Care and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been to several different dental offices. This office was by far the most beautiful and sanitary offices I have ever seen. Besides the state of the art equipment, the lovely decor, I was greeted by such a friendly and warm staff. The front desk ladies were very professional and personable. The technicians and doctors as well were the same. Not having dental insurance I was nervous about how I would pay for this and my patient care coordinator Marissa explained all my options and worked with me. I received a personal call from the dentist who performed my root canal to check in with me and see how I was feeling. It was amazing to have such wonderful staff and in such a warm environment. It truly made a difference with my experience.

The kindest most professional dentist I have ever come across in my 54 years

Dr. Rotem and his staff were unbelievable. As someone who was scared of the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The staff was amazing from the moment I walked into the office, Dr. Rotem was amazing and my perception of the dentist office has officially been turned around. Thank you all.

Your staff was welcoming and professional and My hygienist did a good job...Dr. Rick gave me a thorough exam and consultation concerning a problem tooth. I plan on returning for my 6 month cleaning.

From the moment I entered the reception area with beautiful holiday decor & the smell of fresh coffee, I knew this dental visit would be different. The staff was very professional & attentive and the office is clean, modern & high tech. My hygienist Nanette was excellent! Her thorough, gentle technique was impressive. Dr Johnson was warm, personable & knowledgeable. The entire experience was terrific! And having a warm cookie for the ride home was nice too!

Had Nanette for my 4 month cleaning. She is very personable and does a great job without pain. I have been using Rotem Dental for almost 10 years and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. This was the first time, however, that I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment.

Joy was just great and meeting Dr. Rotem for the check up was another bonus! Everyone was extremely congenial, and highly professional. The entire experience was superb!

The staff was incredibly kind especially given how nervous I get when it comes to dentists. Dr. Rotem, himself, seemed like a genuinely good guy. They were very mindful of my comfort and were sure to explain everything they were doing or that needs to be done fully which I appreciated. My only concern is that I was told they took my insurance at the time of making my appointment but after I was seen and plans were made for a future treatment, I was informed that they don't take NJ Family Care. The lady I spoke with about it was very nice, though, and assured me that something could be worked out. I'm really bummed they don't accept my insurance otherwise I most definitely would continue going there for all my dental needs. I'd highly recommend them to anyone with proper coverage, though.

I was terrified to try a new dentist after the subpar experience I had with my last one. Everyone here is so welcoming and kind to someone with anxiety like me. I can feel safe and comfortable getting difficult procedures done!

This office is amazing! As you walk in you are greeted consistently with great care. I’m amazed by the equipment they have (state of the art)! I had decades where I couldn’t go to the Dentist. Finally, I heard Dr. Rotem’s add on the radio and I thought it’s now or never . Best decision I ever made! In two visits I was back in good shape without any pain. Dr. Rotem was terrific. The best part is that I have agreat relief knowing my teeth are all done beautifully!

What an awesome experience if you can describe a dental experience that way. An amazing staff. Dr Rotem has a light touch and was able to keep me calm. My crown and post broke off. I didn't think I would be able to go to work for days. He is repairing it but in the meantime he put a temporary one in. It looks as good as my tooth. I won't go to any other dentist.
