It was my first ever eye doctor visit and everyone at Sandia Vision made it a very pleasant experience. From the front desk ladies, to the eye doctor, to the lady who helped me choose frames, everyone was very professional and kind. The facility was clean too. I have nothing but nice things to say about my visit.

I am his mother and I am very thankful for all your help and patients. He was a bit of a challenge for a little while, but thank you for being understanding. I look forward to our next visit. I apperciate Dr. Estrada very much.

The doctor was awesome and very enthusiastic about his work. All frame options at the location were pretty narrow which was the only drawback.

I completed my appointment 1.5 hours after arriving which seemed like a long time. Most of the time was spent waiting for the doctor. I was not informed she was running late. Everyone nice and professional.

The waiting room needed to be cleaned, but the doctor is very good. I have seen her several times; this was a follow-up. I was the first patient in the office, and the waiting room looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the previous end-of-day. Half-full Gatorade bottle on the table, plastic wrapper on the floor, floor needed to be swept, rug at front door needed to be shaken out. Just gave a bad feeling for the office overall. Luckily, I know they provide good service for eye exams and glasses.

The inner experience was very good-very helpful and efficient. I have to say though as a new client to this business, the initial contact as I walked in up to the check in desk was troubling— the female receptionist was annoyed, robot like, not friendly at all. This made me apprehensive of how the rest of the service would be. If people work in the service industry they should be pleasant and make people feel welcome

I love how my doctor and assistants are awesome, but one receptionist is a bit rude. Also when tring to fix my glasses they scratched the glass of my dolce and gabanna and did not acknowledge it nor apologized.

Hello; I am actually about to call the clinic. Overall, my visit was great: attentive and knowledgeable optometrist and staff. However, after checking in with my insurance company I should not have been charged a copay. I was directed to ask the clinic to call and clarify if necessary, and $10 is owed back to me. Thank you.

Sandia Vision has prompt friendly crew of people who from front desk to final result are excellent. Dr. Canisci is long time professional optometrist who has knowledge into eye disease, eye care & refraction for spectacles & contacts. They use up to date examine machines with computer views. Patients can see their eyeball diagnosis on monitor. Yes! This is the clinic for professional eye care! Highly recommend for children to elders! They take most insurances or help you find one you can afford!
