Staff were welcoming and explained each step. The self-introduction by Dr. Christian prior to the procedure was unexpected and communicated to me a sense of value added to the whole experience. I understand the safety concern with water temp, but the cold blast nearly lifted me off the chair! (Kendra then offered to let me rinse with warm water from the sink, which I will have to do from now on.) Also, the x-ray angle (as required sitting in the exam chair) was quite awkward for me, as my neck can be stiff. Other than that, it was a good appointment. Thank you.

I need clarification concerning your written instructions. You said not to "swish" so instructions say to "rinse" 3 times a day in 8 oz of warm salt water with one tsp of salt. So, does "rinse" mean to hold mixture in mouth (no swish) for a certain amount of time until the 8 oz. is finished? Or, at a certain point do I do a wave motion "swish?" A bit confusing.

Dr. Christian and the staff took the time to check out my painful tooth, explain fully what was happening, and reassure me that with time it will get better.

Dental hygienist highly professional and caring. Explanations in language a non-specialist can understand.

Scenery Park Dental was recommended to me back in 1995, and I’ve been here ever since. They are a great group of people from the office staff, to the hygienists and the dentists. They make every visit comfortable.

It went well for today's visit. The only comment I have, is to let me know ahead of time, if my hygienist or my doctor won't be there for my appointment.

Ki was able to get my chipped tooth repaired today. It happened on Friday nite and suffered over the weekend. Thanx to Scenery Dental Assoc to get me bbn in this morning.

My most recent visit was a very positive one. The entire staff was absolutely fantastic. Janice knew that I was a big sissy ( to put it mildly) and she went out of her way to make me comfortable and relaxed. I had an issue prior to my initial appointment and they brought me in right away just to make sure i would have no problems over the weekend. You don’t often get that experience from the medical offices. It’s usually suck it up and deal with it. I very much appreciate the care and concern expressed by this entire office staff.
