I thought my eye exam went very well. I thought the optometrist took his time to make sure he did a thorough optical exam. I never felt rushed and he was very personable, where I never felt like just another number. The front office assistant was also very personable and took the time to help me select glasses that were uniquely suited to me from the questions she asked and the responses that I gave. I was very pleased with my whole visit and would highly recommend them to anyone I know!

I was seen about 10 minutes after my appointment time, but let’s face it that’s the norm for any doctor’s appointment these days. The front staff was extremely busy, and were still able to answer all my questions with professionalism and kindness. The doctor was also friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt I received a quality exam!

Everyone who works at this Sears Optical facility is great. Kathy is excellent, always very helpful. She is the only person who can properly clean my glasses just right. Everyone is very helpful especially the man optician who recently performed my yearly exam. I usually end up buying a new pair of glasses every year and the products are very affordable and reliable. About once every 2 months I end up going back for eye glass adjustments and this staff has made it very easy. I enjoy getting my eyes examined yearly!

The ladies who helped me pick out my frames were simply wonderful. So kind and helpful I’ve told everyone about them and to go back and see them

Everyone working in your Solomon Pond location was especially amazing. I have never needed glasses before and everyone helped me so much from picking out frames to pricing and lenses suggestions. They helped my fiancée who has no insurance find glasses at a price we could afford. I will only go back there for my eye care needs. Thank you so much!!

The doctor was very good and patient. and the staff was overall helpful, just need some more front office staff. Had to wait long as there was only one person. But she was very good.

Dr. Zopatti gave me the most thorough and thoughtful routine eye exam that I have had in decades. She took the time with me to figure out my convergence problem, giving me the amount of prism with which I will be most comfortable. Over the years, a number of O.D.s have completely missed this.
