Kacie, I gained new respect for the new Dentist, she removed the sore spot on my lower jaw but when I took my second bite at dinner the partial popped out. My first visit was excellent! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the hygienist was the most gentle I’ve ever had, and the dentist was extremely nice and backed up her recommendation with images. I will definitely return to have some old fillings and a crown replaced.

I've been seeing Debby for many years. She is an excellent hygienist.

I am very pleased with my care. My appointment was last Friday. Dongrong Lv does not want to answer the survey you just sent because she is not crazy about having further dental work for a crown. She will but she needed to be talked into the root canal Yesterday by dr. Chen, who speaks Mandarin Chinese. After all of our talk including at the appointment Monday she did not understand that she was going to have a root canal yesterday so she started to chicken out. But dr. Chen was able to talk her into doing it. So she does not want to respond to survey so you could talk to her again when we come back in on the 19th. Thank you.

I called Dr. Pavinee’s office on a Friday about a toothache. They were super helpful and found time to see me over their lunch break. When it was decided I needed a root canal, they picked up the phone, calling an endodontist in the same building and making arrangements for me to get right in. Now that’s SUPER care. The doctor and staff at Seattle Specialty Dentistry can’t be beat !

During a scheduled crown replacement, she discovered and repaired an adjacent tooth that had been improperly filled with a hollow beneath the porcelain. She kept me on schedule and I'm forever grateful.

As a new patient, I liked the friendly staff and their professionalism. I really appreciated the nonjudgmental atmosphere, as it had been many years since I had seen a dentist. I was given the opportunity to be fit for a cleaning when a last minute cancellation created an opening. I was really grateful for that. During the cleaning, the hygienist had a suction to evacuate water. It would be nice for the patients to have a suction they can hold in the corner of their mouths on their own. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience so far.
