Everyone is professional, helpful and friendly. Verbal directions are accurate and well given. Questions are answered clearly and in patient terms. I feel that I am in very competent and complete care.

Doctor Sedgwick was thorough and took his time, explaining what he found and his suggested course of treatment. I felt he really cared about me as a person and respected my questions and concerns. I feel confident having him as my eye doctor.

Staff and doctor are always pleasant. My only complaint this visit is that one of your associates was trying to do an eye test on me that I'd already completed on a previous visit. There seemed to be some confusion regarding why I was there. Once she realized her mistake, I was sent back to the waiting room.
