Great cleaning and not painful!

I had a new (to me) dental assistant named Becca who was outstanding. It was like having my teeth cleaned by a friend! I appreciated that she was gentle around a sensitive tooth, so I didn't leave in pain like I have with other techs at times in the past. Both she and the dentist were compassionate and understanding of my financial needs as well, which is always appreciated. Thank you. :)

Always so happy to have Debbie do my cleaning. Front staff are so great to try to schedule me in to one of her few days a month she works as she's done my cleaning for years. Glad for Dr. Coombe being able to retire but sad I won't see him after 26 years being his patient.

I was seen on time. I had a crown done in 1.5 hr. Dr. Jared Anderson went over the procedure to ensure I was okay with everything. During the process the Dr. and assistant were respectful to one another and asked if I had questions instead of assuming. The most outstanding point was the result. My crown was completed and permanently in place in one visit. No waiting for impressions, temporaries, additional pain, special eating restrictions, inconvenience, etc. . .just one easy positive appointment and a perfect fitting crown. Dr. Jared Anderson and his staff were awesome! What a great experience.

I had an issue with another area in my mouth that Dr. Mark worked on a couple of months ago; and before he proceeded with the work that was scheduled for the appointment, Dr. Mark opted to correct the problem I was currently experiencing. Dr. Mark is thoughtful about his work, professional, and has great bedside manner. I feel quite comfortable when I visit the office and am confident enough to let the doctor proceed as he deems necessary. The office staff is professional, welcoming, and courteous.

I am so VERY GRATEFUL for my relaxing teeth cleaning at Select Dental Care!!! Dr. Anderson is always so caring and a top notch dentist and his assistent Jenifer did a super job helping him. All involved in my case were punctual and professional. My case didn’t go as smoothly as Dr. Mark had hoped, but he remained calm and positive when he encountered an unexpected problem. Dr. Mark explained my options and assured me that no matter what option I chose, I would be happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend Select Care Dental and Dr. Mark to anyone looking for a new dentist or looking to make a change.

I really love the family feeling of the office. The front desk greets me with a smile and by name. The waiting is kept to a minimum and almost always on schedule. Yet, when I’ve had the need for more treatment than a cleaning, Dr. Coomb tried to work me in right then rather than have me travel the 2.5 hours, one way, on another day. I hope the new doctors are as considerate. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Mark.

The receptionist was extremely helpful she got me a wheelchair cuz I was having a problem breathing. The hygienist was her usual cheerful friendly self and did an excellent job on my cleaning. I was called and asked if I could come in early & I was glad to do so. When I arrived I was introduced to someone else other than the gal that had been doing all my prior dental work. This was not mentioned and it was awkward but I didn’t want to make a big deal about it. Further into the appointment things were don’t differently than I was expecting. When my appointment was over I talked to the gals at the desk and they apologized for the inconvenience and assured me that I would have my regular hygienist from now on. That is what you did well!

So appreciate being able to get a crown in a quick one day process. In fact it was barely more than an hour. Time is valuable.

Always welcoming, caring and professional. I have some ridiculous and embarrassing fears of dental work... the sound of the drill gives me such anxiety !!! This is so well handled and my dignity is intact when the session is completed .

Everyone is very very nice and professional. I waited about 1 minute for my appointment. Most everyone has been there since I started going in the mid-90s..I met Becca for the first time and she was awesome she really knows what she's doing and very nice. They are a great group. I will be back in 6 months.

I came in for a teeth cleaning by Marissa and a quick check up by Dr. Coombes. I was greeted promptly by the receptionist and then by Marissa. Both were very friendly and welcoming. Marissa started by taking x-rays and then did a thorough cleaning. All went very well and I was pleased with the high level of service and professionalism. Dr. Coombes examined the x-rays and my teeth and said all was well. I was in and out in less than an hour. I would recommend both Marissa and Dr. Coombes to anyone looking for good professional dental care.

Awfully expensive. When my dentist only has to work 4 days a week I think he is charging way too much! Even my doctor works 5 days minimum. Probably longer hours too. As a retired person not sure I can continue to afford these kinds of costs. We don’t get raises.

I am a patient of Dr. Anderson at the Bend office but had an broken tooth emergency and the Redmond office fit me in to see him. They have scheduled a procedure to fit my calendar and to have the tooth repaired and pick up the same day. Everyone from the front desk to the dental assistants were friendly and helpful. Both Bend and Redmond offices employ high quality personnel. This is so important because, let's face it, no one looks forward to going to the dentist. Ro Sweet

They are always so friendly no matter how uncomfortable a person might feel about their teeth when they have perfect teeth cuz they work in the dentist office .
