The dr was very client friendly plus l have been seeing dr Pierre for a long time was able to have a chart with her in spite of her busy schedule can’t rennet the male dr who conducted the examination though he did introduce himself more so l had a query why the eye dilation was not done he said it had to do with fidelis still called the supervisor and got same response l now need to call the insurance as my work schedule don’t allow weekday visits

You guys were absolutely amazing. It's my first time having to be mandated to wear glasses but the experience and comfortability you guys provided was excellent and very much appreciated.

Since I've been coming there Since 2016, I noticed there was very good Customer Service of greeting Hi how can i help you, I've always felt comfortable with imformative information from The Optometrist as far as my present Vision and my options and choices i have as far as my type of Frames and Lenses Customers Service always gave customer Satisfation, such as Appointments, Walk-in customer Question or resolving glasses issues.
