Everyone in the office is so nice and accommodating. I would recommend this office to all my friends. I’m usually pretty nervous to go to dentist, but they are all so calm and talk to you that it calms me down.

Dr. Shapiro is extremely experienced, professional, and knowledgeable when it comes to dentistry and patient care. The office and exam rooms are very clean and the equipment is up to date. The staff there are also very professional, friendly, and thorough with the care and services that they provide to the patients.

For over 20 years I have enjoyed the amazing customer service and top notch skills and knowledge of Dr. Shapiro and his wonderful staff. My daughters were the ages of 6 and 9 when we started seeing Dr. Shapiro and they are still patients to this day at 26 and 29. One of them actually flew from her home in New Jersey for her dental appointment because she couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else for her care. I’m extremely thankful to have found this gem of an office so many years ago.

Everybody in the office is great. Dr. Shapiro will never try and talk you into doing something you don't need. No selling you a procedure. If everything is good, that's it. Explains things and answers all questions. Marty is the best hygienist I've ever had.

As always, there is no waiting once you get there. With the COVID-19 issue that we are dealing with right now, the check-in process was quick and easy (including the call before I came to ensure that I wasn’t sick. Martin is very courteous and friendly. She is also thorough and thoughtful. I didn’t have a lot of interaction with Dr. Shapiro since I didn’t have any problems, but he is great at explaining issues. Great visit.

Marti the hygienist is fabulous. She is thorough and gentle, efficient and careful. I’ve had my teeth cleaned twice a year for 50 years, she is the best hands down. Dr Shapiro has similar characteristics. He is knowledgeable, caring and competent. He gives practical advice and options for you to consider. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

I have been a patient of dr. Shapiro’s since the mid 90’s, we’ve been through a lot together from deep cleanings, my periodontal period of suffering through 4 surgeries, teeth extractions in preparation for my braces, my “metal” period on the road to straight teeth, and my visits for my cleanings and check ups.
