All was well - felt hygienist was a little bit condescending with telling me what I was doing wrong. In all of the years that I have been going to the Dentist I’ve only had praises and this hygienist seemed to point out my flaws to the point where I took offense to it

I was on vacation in Fort Lauderdale and an ongoing problem with a tooth flared up. Sore, swollen and unbearable pain. I called and was in the dentist chair in less than two hours. She did everything possible to save my tooth but in the end an extraction was necessary because of how badly the tooth was cracked. I am impressed by how quickly my issue was resolved, how pleasant the office crew was, how clean and up to date exam rooms and equipment was and how knowledgeable Julia was. Thank you very much!

I am always pleased with the service and care I receive, the physician, hygienist and staff are always professional.

As soon as you come in the door you are met with personnel who are very friendly and courteous. Dr Julia Neuls solved a problem I have had for over a year, in one visit. She was determined to find out what was causing my pain and fixed it. Now that’s service that goes a long way I can call Smiles by Julia, my dentist from now on.

Love this office and Dr Neuls. Amazing to work me in so fast. Just wish there was something that would help with pain since I have to wait 5 days to see Orthodontist. Motrin does not help but I understand the challenges to get an appointment is beyond what Dr Neuls can control. I appreciate making an appointment to see me within one hour of my request to see Dr Neuls.

The staff is always friendly and Kathy does a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Neuls is always enthusiastic and explains what issues I have. I usually come for an early appointment so parking typically isn’t an issue, but it was this time. There were no spots in the lot and I had to park in the neighborhood a couple blocks away. I don’t know how you fix that, though.

Fantastic place to go!! Went in for a new patient cleaning a few weeks ago, Dr. Julia and I discussed some of the work we wanted done and made a plan. I have never been to a more welcoming environment. Couldn’t ask for a better place to go!!

First visit for cleaning and evaluation was a real pleasure. All the staff are very friendly and the office is so well appointed that you almost forget it's dental visit. Cleaning was very efficient and the evaluation process was very thorough. Really felt like I was in really professional hands which makes sense as the staff are all seasoned pros who understand customer/patient service. Plan on taking care of some issues that I kept putting off!!!
