The Doctor is amazing and always treats my young son with such care. He communicates well with us and always includes my son in the conversation - he doesn’t talk over his head like he isn’t there. The staff on the retail glasses side of the office have never treated us well. It always feels like we are a burden and taking up too much of their time. The last time we were there the Dr. asked the salesperson to adjust my son’s glasses. She was rude to us the second the Dr. left and very put out to be interrupted by us. We told her we were not in a rush and could wait but she quickly grabbed the glasses and did absolutely nothing to them. We have to go back to have them properly adjusted and I just dread having to deal with the retail side of this practice.

Quickly responded late in evening to my potential emergency. Made me feel good about Covid virus management at their clinic. Quickly diagnosed my problem and made me feel very at ease with the probable outcome.

Simply stated.......outstanding.

The issue of the high ratio of my optic nerve cup to my disc doesn’t mean I have glaucoma. I have been repeatedly checked by your office: Feb 2015, 4 months later in June and the ratio remained the same and 4 years later this August 2019, still the same. In fact, your office wanted another check 4 months after June 2015 but I had left for the Philippines where I did have that check for glaucoma at American Eye in Manila and the opthalmologist Dr. Cesar Espiritu ruled out glaucoma.

Dr. Nessa Livingston and Nurse Christine were wonderful to me! They took their time, and listened to everything that I needed to say. They answered all my questions and did not rush me. They were patient, kind, friendly and understanding. The tests that were given were done very gently. I highly recommend Dr. Livingston and Nurse Christine. The receptionists at Snoqualmie Valley Eye Care are also very friendly and kind. They make it easy to make an appointment, that will fit into your schedule.

Everything was fine except I had to wait almost a half an hour before getting my eyes examined. I had to reschedule two of my clients in order to get to get back to my place before they did!

My visit with Dr. Rebecca Dale was ontime, professional and personable. We discussed the exam and my results and options immediately. When Doctor and I walked out to the front desk together, upon leaving, I was presented with copies of the conclusions of today’s exam. I greatly appreciated this as it required NO password. The clinic staff is always friendly and courteous. I have never had a long wait to see the doctor at your clinic. During my visit, Dr. Duvall took time to answer my questions in a way that demonstrated both his patience and his substantial knowledge. For example, he gave me a much broader understanding on the subject of glaucoma. I learned that there are more than one possible cause for glaucoma. His responses to my questions were both interesting and understandable.

I always feel Dr. Fake does a great job. Only complaint for me was drops were put in my eyes three times and I could barely drive home and took 7 hrs before I could see very well to feel I could safely drive.

Great place for my vision needs. Everyone is knowledgeable, attentive & thorough, everything in one stop from exam to lenses in one stop.They take my insurance, so I don't need to pay first & get reimbursed and the frame selection is outstanding. They also confirm appointment & send reminders via e-mail which for me is super convenient.

I wonder if your clinic has considered using the imaging equipment that prevents you from using the dilation drops? I hear it's more common these days, and it's helpful on a nice sunny day, when it can be challenging to see when driving home from an appointment.
