Dr Carlos Velez is the best dentist I have ever seen. He has exceptional experience and training. I was impressed with his genuine concern to make me feel at ease. He answered all my questions in a manner easy to understand and was very patient overall. He has a very gentle touch and I didn’t feel a thing! I never felt rushed or pressured and I can’t believe I would say this about a dental visit but I actually enjoyed it. All of his staff was friendly and helpful. The dental office is state of the art and very clean. I would highly recommend him as a dentist for all the reasons mentioned and then some! Raymond J.

I was warmly greeted and was pleasantly surprised that the receptionist had already retrieved my new insurance information. Dr. Velez thoroughly examined my mouth, reattached the crown that had come off and patiently made sure my bite was perfect. Dr. Velez advised me that using my Water Pic on the highest setting was too aggressive and could be counterproductive. His professional staff expertly and painlessly cleaned my teeth. I left with a gleaming Sonrisa smile! Thank you Dr. Velez and staff!

One thing that I think could be done better... the plastic glasses worn when getting a cleaning should be completely cleaned (spotless) between patients, mine have had spots all over them.
