Th appointment was on time. Dr. Maldonado took the time to discuss and adjust my oral appliance. She also referred me to my pulmonologist for a sleep study with the appliance in. Very professional and efficient. PS: I don’t use either Facebook or Google.

Thank you for encouraging me to get a CPAP machine. I didn’t want one, but now I am so glad I have it! I went from 32.8 apnea events an hour to 0.1 - 0.4 events an hour!

This was my first time here and Dr. Maldonado took a long time with me answering my questions and looking at my teeth. I have never been to a dentist that took that amount of time with me. She is truly concerned for her patients and does a great job! My husband and I are switching to her even though it's about an hour drive for us, it's worth it!

My appointment was to adjust an oral sleeping device originally supplied by Simple Sleep, a company that folded and left town just on the day I got my device. Elizabeth was very helpful in adjusting the device in the absence of Dr Maldonado.

South Texas Smiles is the best!

Was greeted with, “Yes?”, as I walked in, but it was explained to me that people sometimes think they can get into the optical shop in Target and I am guessing that is what was assumed. Otherwise, staff has been amazing! In to see Dr. soon, but he seems to be very pleasant and professional as well!

Service was great and everyone was very thorough, carefully examining and cleaning my teeth. X-ray procedure was a bit clunky and slow, but accomplished the task of getting x-rays. The tech conducting x-rays had a somewhat patronizing attitude when the x-ray film would not stay put. Front desk reception (Michelle) was kind and welcoming. I would have given 5 stars if that welcoming attitude was present with all of the other staff I interacted with. The dental hygienists was professional and gave a good cleaning.

Missed Laura! I like her techniques better! Loved speaking with Dr. Maldonado. She is so professional and friendly. Love the office staff very accommodating and friendly!

Increase communication at front desk is needed. If patients are given a follow up appointment, but not informed that office is waiting for predetermination of cost first..then appointment should not be given to patients. Time needs to be taken to explain to patients office process so patients have an understanding of what going on and avoid confusion. Thank you, appreciate all you do.

It was overall a good service, my only concern is for the office to please scrutinize the customer's documents more attentively (review any existing pre-athourisations) and explain the charges prior to payment. The overcharge wasn't significant but nevertheless mistake was made.

I felt welcome on our first visit to the office. The doctor took the time to talk to me and answer questions. I really felt safe and invited into the space and they helped my son and used wonderful safe ingredients. (Holistic) I felt the Dentist truly loves to help others and brought peace to my mind!
