Always a wonderful experience at Dr. Marshall’s office! The staff is always so professional, courteous and friendly! Dr. Marshall is fantastic at what he does and treats each customer as an individual with a full explanation of what is happening and the expected result. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Marshall and his entire staff, from the front staff to the 2 assistants I met. Dr. M truly loves what he does, and it does not go unnoticed. He was very patient, explained everything in perfect detail, Knowledgeable and very personable. He used distraction techniques when injecting anesthesia and it was by far the easiest, practically painless injections I have ever had!! This was for a root canal!! If I ever need another one I know where I will go, no question. I am telling everyone I know. I also wanted to mention I am pregnant and he took extra special care in Practicing safety during the procedure (just like he would for his wife or daughter). Snoring during a root canal? Embarrassing yes but a true description of me under the skillful hand of Dr. Marshall. He works carefully, methodically, and purposefully while explaining each step along the way. One of his foundations is to make double certain the numbing is complete so that the most thorough procedure is assured. The numbing technique is gentle and nearly painless. So much so that I joked with him about setting up monthly numbing appointments. I have 100% confidence in Doctor Marshall and his team.

I needed a root canal. Dr. Marshall made the whole process so stress free - from his gentle and effective approach to the procedure management, his fabulous communication skills, and the high quality of his work. I can't recommend him highly enough!!! His whole team is great!

This is the 2nd root canal with Doc Marshall. It went smooth. No pain. Not even after the novocaine wore off. I think you should also ask for reviews on Yelp.com and healthgrades.com I'm sure I originally found you via healthgrades where you have 13 reviews and 5 stars. You are on Yelp but there are no reviews and it incorrectly states you practice "general dentistry." I'll try to get reviews on both for you. I do not use facebook or any of the other social media. I went there to have a root canal done the girls at the desk were so nice and so helpful my root canal went very well Dr.marshall was so nice and tells u everything he is going to do I did not need any tylonel or anything the next day no pain at all. I tell everybody if they have a problem with their teeth that is the place to go Dr. Marshall is the best!

Painless. Didn’t need any pain relief after the procedure

The staff was wonderful. They did everything they could to get me an appointment that worked for me. Dr Marshall was fantastic. He explained everything before he did anything. He expressed concern for my comfort through out the procedure. I would recommend Dr Marshall to everyone.

Dr Marshall and his staff are awesome. When you go in for a visit their experience helps to make your visit less stressful. My first root canal with Dr. Marshall I was a nervous wreck. This time around was my second root canal and I knew what to expect and it flew by and I wasn’t nervous one bit.

I'm doing really well the day after my root canal ... no pain or even mild discomfort. Dr. Marshal was excellent at taking me through the procedure ... explaining everything and accommodating any concerns or requests. In his care I felt secure and well treated. His assistants were excellent as well. AND ... dare I say Dr. Marshall's manner provides an enjoyable 2 hour experience ... often amusing ... if you are prone to doubt that is possible while getting a root canal!

I never write reviews. I had to jump on the opportunity to write one for Southern New Hampshire Endodontics. Dr. Marshall was absolutely fantastic! I have to admit I was a complete nervous wreck getting my root canal done. I haven’t really ever needed any major dental procedures so I had no idea what to expect, and heard lots of horror stories related to root canals. Dr. Marshall was very good at calming my nerves by explaining everything very thoroughly. When going to get the Novocain (which I heard hurts the most), he went very slowly and carefully and I honestly did not feel a thing! And that was true for the rest of the procedure as well. I did not feel a thing. Getting my teeth cleaned hurt more than that! I was also dreading what my tooth would feel like after the Novocain wore off. Actually, my tooth felt great! I didn’t need Advil and in fact, I had lunch like it never happened (I was still careful not to chew on that side). I have to go in again for a second procedure, and I’m happy that it is with Dr Marshall. He did a fantastic job, and has a great sense of humor. I also want to mention the other staff members of the practice. They were all very helpful and a great compliment to Dr. Marshall! It is very apparent that all who work there care deeply about their patients, and it is an absolute pleasure to be on of those patients. Thank you all very much.

Highly recommend Dr. Marshall and his staff. The level of care, knowledge and expertise is outstanding. The moment you walk into his office you can feel a calming professional environment. The entire staff treats you with the utmost care and respect. Before the procedure starts, Dr Marshall explains exactly what he is going to do step by step in terms that are easy to understand putting the patient at ease. Dr. Marshall is number one in my book.

From someone who never had a root canal before and only having nightmarish stories to go by.... I had mixed feelings of what to expect going into this. I returned to Dr. Marshall so he could complete my root canal. He took care of an intense abscess a few weeks before. Once again, absolutely incredible! I knew I was in the best of care. I can not express how awesome I was taken care of. He and his staff brought my smile back. ♥️😊♥️

Apprehensive about the thought of a root canal? I was apprehensive, to say the least, considering my previous experience with another local endodontist some years back! Sitting in the waiting room, I know my blood pressure must have been sky high as I felt my heart pounding and my face turning bright red in sheer panic, not wanting to re-live the past!! Just then, my daughter texted me with reassurance that a root canal is less of an experience than getting a filling. I thought - ya right, she’s just trying to calm my nerves. Dr. Marshall and staff proved her 100% accurate. Seeing Dr. Marshall for my eval and feeling the sense of calm as he explained the physiology of tooth #28, reason for the root canal, and the procedure, certainly set my mind at ease. Actually, I’m not certain whether it was the eval visit or the humming (to his own lyrics, I might add) that made my root canal one of the lightest dental experiences ever. Through the entire ordeal, I felt only the slightest pinch of the initial novacane! I’m still amazed. If I ever need another root canal (fingers crossed), Dr. Marshall will be my #1 choice because of his patience, compassion, calming persona, kindness, expertise, pain-free philosophy, and of course that humming!! I felt comfortable as soon as I met Dr. Marshall and his office staff! They are welcoming,knowledgeable and very dedicated to all of their patients! I was very well informed on what to expect, before, during and after my procedure. All of my questions were answered and my fear subsided. Best of all, Dr Marshall has a few tricks that "TRULY" help with the pain, associated with the anesthetics!!

Last saw Dr Marshall 5 years ago, so when my dentist said I needed another root canal it was a no-brainer on where to go. He is fantastic at what he does and his staff are just as great. Not too many people can say they fell asleep during their procedure....but I did, on both visits. He is my #1 root canal guy.

Dr. Marshall is fantastic! That little cheek jiggle he does when applying the novacain is amazing. The rest of the root canal undo was seamless and I have no discomfort at all. The redo in two weeks might be different, but based on yesterday’s experience, I doubt it.
