My husband and I came in to try on some glasses. The staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful that we decided to switch eye doctors and I made an appointment to see Dr. Hackley. I have a rare disease and Dr. Hackley took a lot of time to make sure it had not affected my eyes. She was extremely thorough and made sure I understood everything. I highly recommend Dr. Hackley and her staff.

Dr. Lockhart was great. Ronnie in the glasses area was border line rude and acted as if I was an annoyance to help so I completed my glasses selection without her assistance.

Tina was great! She knows about insurance and how it works so there are no surprises when it comes to buying your glasses. I love that my eye doctor was female. I can't remember her name but she took alot of time with me to explain my eye condition and even showed me some pictures so I could better understand what she was saying. I was VERY hap[p[y with the way I was received, treated and expeditious handled on my initial visit at your Langtree facility. Ronnie was VERY kind courteous, listened to what I had to say and went above and beyond it completing all that was required to meet my particular situation. I found Dr. Hackley very professional, friendly and fully explained her diagnosis. I never felt rushed or never given appropriate time at any time in the entire process and appointment.

Excellent service and explanation of condition

I would normally give 5 stars, Dr Hackley is awesome. She is thorough, takes time to talk to you and answer all of your questions. The optical is a different experience, pushy for you to purchase glasses through them. With that they pre authorize your glasses without telling you. Then you go somewhere else to get glasses and have a problem getting an authorization from your vision plan because Spectrum as already done so.

First moved to the area September 2017 and needed an eye doctor. Everyone at spectrum was super helpful and they were able to get me in extremely fast. I appreciated both the doctor and the staff went slow and spent the time to listen to my needs and concerns. I have tried wearing contacts before but could not get them in. The lady spent a little extra time explaining how to hold my eyelid back including the eye lashes. This little bit of extra time spent explaining the basics really paid off. I was able to get the contacts in fairly quickly. I also had been told previously that I was not a candidate for contacts because of dry eyes. However, this eye doctor was willing to work with me and provided several different contact brands to try for comfort. Thank you all!
