I have been coming to your CF office for about 6/7 years now. We moved about two years ago out to Avondale and I told my wife that we will still go to the Springfield CF office because I feel we get exceptional eye service by ALL the staff. My wife Ang and I came in on Saturday, 1/11. As usual, we Had wonderful service by the optometrist, Dr. Tom and floor help by Maria. This was two weeks after my wife took our baby girl, Olivia, who is 4, to get her 1st pair of glasses. They had a wonderful experience as well! We appreciate the help and feedback that we get from all the staff when choosing frames and the options for each pair of glasses. From the time you walk in, everyone is very efficient and so friendly too. Little or no wait time. Dr Tom always gives a thorough exam and addresses any issues he may find. The staff is also very helpful in choosing frames for eyeglasses.
