The entire staff were remarkable. They made myself and other customers feel very comfortable. The eye exam was extremely thorough and will be successful for vision improvements. It was my first appointment at Springfield optical and it went very well. The doctor was very attentive and thorough and optical tech was great in helping me choose the right lenses for my eyeglass frames.

All of the office staff is extremely nice. I have been going to the Springfield opticians offices for years. And every visit is very thorough the optometrist always helps me to get the best for my vision. I just changed to multifocal contacts and they worked with me a few times to get the best result. I appreciate all of the office staff and all they do.
