My first visit I was amazed at the level of service employed to clean and polish up my teeth. I had never been to a dental appointment where the hygienist and dentist spent so much time with me. You could tell the focus was where it needed to be and that they were actually concerned. Furthermore, privacy is important to me and I was in a comfortable room without other patients near. I have been a patient for a couple of years now and can say this team is truly awesome! I sent my own mother there! That takes real confidence!

Holly is GREAT!

Cheryl cleaned my teeth and checked gum conditions. Very thorough and educated me on everything she was doing and why. Told me of the progress in the healing of my gums from infection. Also explained an option to wearing the trays with solution in them, daily to help in keeping gums and teeth healthy after all the efforts put forth to heal and correct my highly infected dental situation! EVERY time I have been treated by Dr. Wade, each Hygienist, and who ever greets me at the Front desk, has been Exceptional. Bonnie has gone above and beyond to show different ways to financially help me to make my situation possible. One of the most important things that stands out to me each time I receive a Service, is the continual Education that is passed on to me, as a client! I am forever striving to learn all I can about whatever I can, especially concerning my Health! At SMILE DESIGN, I’m educated on each visit, because it is a priority among the employees and Dr. Wade. I have referred everyone to SMILE DESIGN ! I tell them to make an appointment and just walk in...from that moment on, they are in the best hands that the dental profession can offer! I did and my overall Health has improved drastically! One last thing...the Women in this Office are exceptional among our gender. They are Professional and Educated in their field of Expertise. Holly was amazing! I’ve also been meaning to let you know how wonderful my last visit was with Dr. Wade in July. I came in for a possible filling on a tooth and after a closer look Dr. Wade suggested we hold off. I mentioned that I had a tooth that was loose and she quickly noticed that when I bit down that tooth was hitting my lower teeth. She shaved a little off the tooth and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful my jaw and bite feels now and that tooth is no longer wiggly!!! It’s amazing. This is my 15th year with Dr. Wade and I can’t be thankful enough for her and her staff! Hands down the most genuine, kind doctors office I have ever been in. Thank you for all you do to make my experience the best. Dr. Wade you carry so much wisdom with dentistry and in all areas of your life.

As usual, work was done professionally and efficiently. The temporary crown fits nicely and will have the permanent in a couple weeks!

I had a severe toothache all weekend and planned on calling as soon as they opened on Monday. I told the receptionist that I was new to the area and didn’t have a dentist but needed to see one as soon as possible. She was immediately helpful and asked what was wrong and told me they would try and help make the pain go away. I was so blessed to hear such a thing after being in so much pain since Friday evening. They were able to get me in at 10 that same morning and the receptionist instantly remembered who I was from our phone conversation. I was in the waiting room for a mere 5 minutes and the dental hygienist couldn’t have been nicer. It was like talking to a friend and Dr. Moody was so nice and professional. Her team explained what happened and what the next steps were going to be to fix the problem. The whole experience couldn’t have been better. From making sure I wasn’t too cold, to letting people know I prefer my middle name, I knew I could trust their recommendation to the oral surgeon. I’ve never seen a business care so much for their clients even ones as new as me. I truly appreciated their help and kindness. Thank you

It was a good visit. The teeth cleaning was very thorough. The evaluation was fair and complimentary. I knew I needed a cleaning but they noted my self-care was working in this sense: there was no bleeding. As a diabetic it is challenging to take care of my teeth. I appreciated that they recognized I was doing better.

I was very pleased with my dental experience at Smile Design. I can honestly say Dr. Moody is the very best at perfecting smiles. Bonnie in sales, Becky at the front desk and Mona in teeth whitening - the entire staff excel and compliment Dr. Moody’s dentistry by providing great supportive teamwork and effort. Dr. Moody offers a thorough evaluation with patient-oriented service and satisfaction. She is a knowledgeable dentist with a perfectionist personality which is exactly who you want when restoring, repairing or replacing your smile. I would not trust my oral care to anyone else.

The overall experience was good, I could tell it was a busy day for the dentist. I would have appreciated some communication with the dentist. I realize I was under the gas and a movie was playing but a greeting would have been nice along with something as she finished and to tell me her assistant was going to polish the fillings. I didn’t know what the assistant was doing and had to ask. The fillings look good, some edges are a little rough but overall the work seems to be good.
