Really appreciated the kindness exhibited by all those working in your office, and was pleased with Dr.O (which is not an easy task, as I have a strong aversion to the dental experience). I would definitely recommend your office to Lakeport and Kelseyville residents.

The surroundings with the colorful butterflies are always very relaxing and unlike any other dental office that I’ve experienced! The dental assistants are extremely cordial and real people. Sure, my mouth is sore when I get home, just like any dental visit; but I find that I still am ok planning an other visit.

I really like Jennifer’s work. She is careful not to pinch or stab my gums while cleaning my teeth, doesn’t give me a lecture on what I already know ( more flossing is better etc., ...) and is very observant of what’s going on with my teeth. My 10 year old son had two teeth pulled by the nice woman dentist. She told him a story during the extraction and it eased his worry about the procedure. I have been going to Sun dental for the past 15 years and am very happy with the service and all the staff. I moved and it would be more convenient to use someone closer but I really like Sun dental. It's personable there plus good work.

Everything was fine-except I thought the receptionist was a bit rude to me when I questioned her on mixing up my appointment with my husbands. I am SURE I made the appointment for myself back in September-but she didn't really want to discuss it with me. Anyway everything worked out fine and my appointment went well.

I enjoy everyone that I have encountered at Sun Dental. Service is great, everyone is friendly. I am disappointed with the partial that I received after a prolonged wait period. Upon examination from different angles once I returned home it was very apparent that the fit on the right side is not appropriate for the money paid for this item. If it was a temporary I could understand but for something that I am wearing out in public, it is a disappointment. I even forgot to bother wearing it to work today. If I smile fully it looks as though my gum line is misshapen and/or a malformation of my molar/tooth. For a partial that is supposed to last for at least a few years, this partial is a disappointment.

Tabby does a thorough job, has great, light hands, and knows so much about natural healing that it's always an education as well as a good cleaning when she works on my teeth. The receptionists are efficient and accommodating, thoughtful and inspiring. Cindy has been there forever for good reasons.

The care I received in my dental cleaning was first class. I was treated with respect and was informed concerning issues related to my dental health. However, I find the program that is continually being shown on the TV in the waiting room and in the dental care room to be both arrogant and annoying. Yes, I'm talking about the identical twin brothers who have seemingly never learned how to shave, but are always pushing gentrification of houses. Many of your patients, like myself, would doubtless be very pleased to live in some of the houses shown in their "before" condition and have no possibility of affording the kinds of extravagant "upgrades" suggested by these twins.
